We scheduled for replacement the following week and Larry and his son, Dylan, did an amazing job. They ran into a couple of issues: 1. Dylan, through a freak accident, injured his toe nail, but was back to work shortly afterwards. Amazing work ethic and attitude! 2. There was an issue installing the unit downstairs as my wall was not plumb. But, Larry McGiver'ed it and made it work. They also installed the shroud covers plumb & true with Larry advising me that the covers would not cover some of the old paint. Not an issue for me as I appreciate a professional installation and a bit of touch up paint is minor. Larry is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The call was the perfect balance of inquiry, salesman ship but most importantly true aloha spirit. (most recent situation.) - I had to hire another industry professional to take care of the leak problem that Kent Muramoto (the owner) is NOT able to fix. - We've had to get multiple outside technicians to review the problem and they all said it was an installation and maintenance issue that cause these leaks - In a final attempt to try and fix the issue, Kent Muramoto has made the problem worse and now i'm left with a BROKEN AND INOPERABLE system, AGAIN. His wife, Nicole, was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Later that same day, Calvin returned after finishing another job. Instead of pushing for expensive replacements, he recommended maintenance where possible, which saved us a significant amount of money.
