They're located a little outside of Dallas but they do work in Collin County as they've done work at my house in Plano. I try to be very thorough in researching companies I use. I've gone through quite a few A/C companies and there are other decent ones (at least based on my experience) in the area, but System Control is the best of all that I've used. I've dealt with Richard and Rickey and they are always very thorough, courteous and professionally. Most importantly, I've always felt I've got honest work for an honest price. I signed up with them for the twice-a-year checkup years ago. My lower A/C system had a leak and Richard had been telling me for the past couple of years I would need to replace it soon. I'm the type of person that buys quality and then get's the max out of it. I had reached the point that the cost of freon was going up and it no longer made financial sense to keep the old one. Richard reviewed with me the options and knowing my preferences he pointed out the system that provided the best bang for the buck. I have a very high trust level of Richard but I felt spending this much I needed to do my due diligence and get another estimate. I used Google to find another A/C company, this one had a ton of reviews and they were almost all high. They were professional but they wanted to redo the whole duct system because they said it was too small despite the fact that home is 20+ years old and we've always felt very comfortable in our house in every room. They also wanted to sell me a higher-end system with an expensive digital controller, etc. I saw their total estimate and almost fell out of my chair. I did ask Richard about the higher end system and in his opinion it cost more without giving a lot more benefit. This is exactly the type of person/company I'm looking for, one that looks out for my best interest. In my opinion, this is a solid, hard-working, honest company. I just wish more of System Control's had written reviews so I could have found them sooner. I believe this is because Richard and Rickey are busy doing the work instead of focusing on getting customers to write reviews.

He and his crew showed up right on schedule for the install even though the weather wasn't the best and I half expected they might cancel, but nope he came through for me! Was even done with the install quicker than I expected. And he registered the warranty info with the manufacturer for me (something my former hvac guys didn't do which caused me to miss out on being able to file a warranty claim for the compressor failing). If I ever need HVAC install again, I won't hesitate to call Prakash with All Season Services.

I have three A/C units in my home. Two of them were approaching the 20 year mark and one had gone…read moredown twice within a year. I decided to replace the one unit and possibly both, depending on price. After looking at reviews on line, I called Choice Air Care. Chris came out, looked at our set up, and gave me a quote. I got a second quote because that is just good business practice. The quotes were competitive but I felt more comfortable with Chris than the second fellow. I decided to replace both units, inside and outside. Chris had a team there the next day, they started about 2:00 pm, and they had both units installed by 6:30 pm. They were courteous and respectful of my home and property and we were up and running in what I thought was a very short time. Both units worked perfectly but the smaller one's performance began to degrade within about two weeks and it started making a lot of noise, like an air compressor. I called Chris and he was at my door within twenty minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a slight leak in a joint that required some additional soldering. He was completely straight with me. No dancing around the issue, no shoveling bull pucky in my direction, and no trying to deflect responsibility to someone or something else. He said the install team had apparently failed to pressure test the unit or didn't do it correctly, he apologized, and made the repair. The unit was up and running within 1.5 hrs after I called him at no cost to me. Any business can appear to be a good business when things go exactly as planned but the measure of a really good business is what they do when things go wrong. These guys faced up to the problem, took responsibility, and made things right. Excellent work and I've no hesitation in recommending them.

Return in 15 mins and told me the charge was for $1087 and all they did was refill the refrigerant . I was surprised at how expensive they were but paid anyways as I hv to return to a conf call. It's unethical and unprofessional for a business to charge before speaking to the owners on what will be done and the cost associate with it. I hope the lesson I learn from this allows others to seek a more trustworthy business to perform their services.

There were 4 AC companies that gave me quotes. A1 Air not only was the highest of all the quotes but stated that all of the unnecessary work that they did quote was code and had to be performed such as installing a French drain , and when asked about an incentive from Oncor , the sales woman's stated quote ," Oncor has no money to give away for any incentives...HA HA." All of the companies gave quotes for a 2.5 ton and the 16 or above seer system with and with out heat pumps along with WiFi capable thermostats. A1 Air 8700.00 with 18 month zero % financing . Chapman Air, 7700.00 no zero % financing . Willard Air 7500.00 18 month zero % financing . Forney Air 60 month zero % financing, Oncor incentive used towards price of the unit , and the final price was under the lowest I was quoted by the other ac companies. The 34 year old ac system in my house was completely removed and replaced with a shiny new system along with new electrical boxes and wiring 10 year warrant on parts and 3 year warranty on labor which was way better that the other companies . Communication between the owner Richard and his techs and office was the easiest I've ever had with any company . Any issues I may have had with anything was quickly resolved . So far the service works great and no issues as of yet and really do not expect any. I have recommended this company since the first hour that they started installing my new AC unit. The part 2 of this review will be after the long hot summer of 2019 to report back how the new AC service has worked . 06/30/2020 Review Part 2 On June 17th 2020 our A/C started blowing hot air. Being I decided to see if it was a fluke and let it run for a day or so just to see if it was the heat or actually the the A/C. Well , it never got cold. So on the 19th we called Forney Air and scheduled the appointment. At 3pm a technician arrived and discovered a cool element in the attic malfunctioned , which is rare for that unit. The technician was able to get a new part ordered from a near by supplier and was also able to get that part same day . Forney Air Owner Richard and a platoon of technicians arrived with the new part and quickly installed and performed diagnostics on the entire system. All of this including the inspection and replacement took maybe all of 3 hours and was covered under the warranty. The efficiency and professionalism of Forney Air has still not wavered. Support your local business like Forney Air . You will not regret it.

Very disappointed with the service I have received... I had a new ac unit put in a couple months ago a very nice upgraded 2 stage system ... the owner Richard came out and was very nice let me know what my options were and seemed Very thorough and knowledgeable while selling the unit that is really the reason I went with his company ... come install day 2 guys came out and put the unit in they seem to have had some trouble getting the unit in the ac closet they took the thing apart and installed in piece by piece ... but once again they know what they are doing I really do not ... the first day before they even leave I notice that the system is really loud they dont seem to think anything of it after testing it out and such I give it a couple days then decide to call it takes 2 calls to get a call back and have them check it out they come out and yes there was a problem a zip tie was In the fan making it like a card in the spokes of a bike tire ... a couple weeks later I open the ac closet and it is like a freezer in there I have more ac in that closet them my whole house it seems and I notice that the unit has black duct tape all over it so I call them again it once again takes 2 calls to get a response...they send out the same guy that installed it he is very nice but he comes out and duct tapes it more and tells me that these (top of the line) American standard dont always have there seals and gaskets in them or just dont fit right ... the problem is still going on I can leave that door open to help cool the house I guess ... so I have been calling the owner for over a week now and i can not get a return call at all !!! I wanted to have him come out and check it as it being duct taped together doesnt seem like it's a good unit that i just paid high dollar for plus the filter that I will need to change is behind the drain pipes and seems impossible to get it out to change it ... that nice 3 year warranty doesnt seem that great if they won't return there calls at all!!!! Good luck if you use these guys!!! I will now be calling a reputable ac company to came out and fix it or reinstall it correctly I guess !!!
