I came here today to have Siri touch up a tattoo she originally did for me at Black Serum. No complaints. Siri is a perfectionist line artist and a lovely human. I love throwing business her way. This space is going to be so chill when it's all tricked out and decorated to perfection. The white walls and high ceilings are really calming and take advantage of the corner location's natural light. read more

My tattoo from Siri is amazing! I found her on Instagram and after seeing her perfectly clean line work, I knew I had to see her for my sun tattoo. We had a consultation where we discussed design & placement, and went ahead with an appointment. She came up with an awesome design and was great to talk with during the tattooing. Her lines are straighter than I could draw on a piece of paper! So happy to have met her and have her work! read more

O Tattoo Studio - Tattoo Near Me - Berkeley, California

I am 52 years old and this was my first tattoo. I selected O Tattoo studio after lots of research and following the studio on Instagram. It was such a wonderful and positive experience, and I am thrilled with the result. Arie (IG: ariefeelstattoo) was kind, friendly, a great communicator, explained every step of the process, and helped refine the design. The studio was relaxing, light, clean, and professional. A very positive experience, and I will refer friends and family and definitely go back for my next tattoo. :) read more

I have now had 3 tattoos created and inked by Whiskie and they make me SO happy.she is talented and meticulous

Even during covid, Katie does not disappoint. Whether its safety protocols or making sure you're comfortable, she stays on top of then both. The process was simple and clean and don't even get me started on the tattoo. It was magnificent, the way she and the studio handled everything. Considering the extra time she put it, Katie is definitely a sure fire artist to get a tattoo from (even during covid). You also may know her as Void or _void_tattoo_ on instagram read more

Stop searching for anything else. You are at the right place. The O studio is THE best. To begin with, it is so well organized, super clean, very professional and provides a private atmosphere while people are super friendly. I am a long time customer of VOID and Kathie. She is really the best. So pedantic, from planning your art all the way to executing it and caring throughout the skin recovery phase. Kathie's first priority is always for your health and safety so sanitary measurements have always been her top priority (before, during and after COVID). Her free hand skills are pixel perfect! You really have to try it for yourself. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Clean shop, professional and extremely skilled artists, and Jazz knocked my tattoo out of the park. Boom!

First tattoo and I couldn't be happier! Siri was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I came to the consultation with a vague idea/sketch and she transformed it into these beautiful flowers :) I would 100% trust Siri with any future tattoos, she's really focused and talented. The other artists in the shop took the time to introduce themselves and it was a really positive and comfortable environment. read more

Amaya is an incredible artist, and the shop is really clean, with a great vibe. Will absolutely be back!

I was recently lucky enough to have Siri touch up birds she's done for me years ago. They weathered extremely well (blue and black line work only) but she still found a way to make them even better! Mind blowing. Take a tattoo I was 100% happy with, and then make it like 150%. She is an amazing artist, and will take the time to talk you through and think about your tattoo. She has the experience to tell you what will work or not. O Tattoo is also, clean, very artistically decorated, and private. Beautiful, calming fish tanks to soothe you while you wait. Plus, women owned and operated. Friendliest, most considerate artists you'll ever meet. Shout out to Raven as well for beautiful work I've seen her do, and Aysha, who did amazing nautical tattoos for my brother. Again, great line work, and a little island style, and he's super happy with them. read more

Katie (aka VOID) is incredibly talented, patient and detail oriented. Everybody asks me who does my tattoos and I'm always so excited to direct them to VOID and Katie! She's always game for my weird ideas, and executes them flawlessly. Before working with Katie I got plenty of tattoos from folks who were good (and some who weren't, so it goes) and now I only ever want to work with her. Please never leave! The O studio is beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable. Given the situation with COVID I was really encouraged by how thorough they were with safety precautions, and how open Katie was to discussing her safety procedures and possible risks. Can't wait for this pandemic to end so they can be even more accessible to the world (and me). read more

I can't given enough praise to Siri for her kindness, hospitality, care, and skills when it came to my tattoo experience. She was extremely accommodating and has unmatched talent when it comes to line work and geometric shapes. Every step of the process was seamless from the consultation, to being under the needle, all the way through after care. I would highly recommend anyone to Siri if they're looking for a serious piece of artwork on their body. Best experience with ink I've ever had! read more

Siri does some crazy stuff. She makes you comfortable and jokes around with you, and is very customer oriented. Her work...however...see for yourself: http://photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v347/128/64/585272250/n585272250_1428632_5279.jpg read more

Well. . . . .all I can really say, is that. . . .SHE'S AMAZING!! I am in the middle of a larger tattoo piece and have been working on it from the start with Siri. All throughout she made me feel really comfortable, and for the most part the tattoo itself was a lot less painful from what I expected. I've also known a few others who have recieved tattoos from her and they have all commented on how light handed she is- so normally painful spots on the body become a lot more bearable to get inked. The line work on my tattoo is superb, and all the artwork that she has drawn based on my loose description of what I wanted has come out perfect. I'm definitely planning on getting more done by her once the piece that we're currently working on is finished! I heart Siri! read more

Siri at O tattoo was awesome! The studio is comfortable, beautiful, and professional, with plenty of free residential parking nearby in a great location in Temescal. Added bonus- the studio has a very cute snake and soon, fish tanks! I came to Siri hoping to get a very complicated piece of artwork done based on a Da Vinci reference and she made it happen and was up to the challenge. She talked me through size and placement to make sure I would get the best tattoo and that it would look good for years to come, and was easy to work with. During the tattoo, she kindly offered water and breaks throughout the process. They even brought over a space heater when I was cold! Booking is super easy over the request form and email- just be sure to make an appointment as they don't do walk ins, which is actually a huge bonus because it means that your time in the studio feels safe and personal. I would definitely come back to Siri or others at O for another tattoo in the future, as I am pretty picky about finding a good environment and set of people to trust to do my tattoos. read more

Oh. My. Goddess. She's a bellydancing, top secret fetish artist, bone-collecting, tattooing Inkstress of Incredible! I ask you, does it get any better? Siri offers remarkably intuitive, innovative tattoos, with an incredibly skillful, steady hand. She is able to reach inside your mind and pull forth the very best of your vision for your own ink, then she takes it a few steps ahead along the path of beauty without making you feel like your idea was boring. She has a gentle, firm touch that makes the tattoo process feel as comfortable as possible. Her eye for placement is keen and wise, and she knows what is being asked of her- you're never going to walk away from Siri's table with disappointment in your vision. If you have to have something covered or "upcycled", Siri has a GREAT sense of how to do it and make it its whole own tattoo rather than the compromise of an obvious cover. If you have a bunch of assorted thoughts but no specific vision, give her everything. I printed out fonts, bees, and antique wallpaper designs to show her when we planned my Queen Bee tattoo, and she nailed it perfectly. Personally, I have only visited her at her private studio, and was really pleased with the experience. She's got a fan in me! I have three tattoos from her thus far, and have plans for several more, and touch-ups, and etc. Love and respect for the art of Siri! read more

Just got my second tattoo done by Siri here and I absolutely love it. The studio is very clean and professional and everyone there is so friendly and nice. Siri!! She is a goth tattoo goddess who got it right away when I told her my kicked faded crappy ex-boyfriend tattoo from 10 years ago had to be eradicated and reformed...like a phoenix from the ashes...she exorcised all of the old sadness, shame and bad feelings from the old tattoo (in fact to the point she saw a black cloud pass her vision during the process, excellent sign :)~ took it as goodbye to the old, hello to the new), and turned it into a gorgeous beautiful amazing new creation...I love it more every day....it makes me smile just to look at it!! Thanks SIRI! xx read more

Oh my, it's been a year since Siri finished my "Daijers" piece! I first chose Black & Blue because my sister got done there by Mika (spelling?) but I chose Siri in particular because I looked at her drawings on the website and really liked how she did animation. I made an appointment and brought in my orchid pix that I printed out online. I came in for my next appointment and she showed me the pretty orchids that she drew, from that moment I was so excited to have her work on my body. She is very kind and talented, definitely will make you feel at ease while you lay there and have your flesh etched with a needle. She was telling me about how she was about to open up her studio (this was 7/2008) and now it's all done! Once I get more money saved up, I want Siri to either draw more orchids or a mermaid. Whatever it is, I'm going to SIRI! read more

Got a tattoo done with Siri and I couldn't be happier. She worked out the design of what I wanted in sketches, showed me the final design, and it was perfect! When I got there the studio was clean and very pretty, and everybody there were so friendly and chill. Just an awesome environment in general. I really couldn't be happier with the tattoo I got, it's so crisp and has the best line work. I'm so happy I got this tattoo done here, and how amazing of a job Siri did. Would recommend this place to anybody read more

If your looking to get a tattoo look no further O Tattoo is absolutely amazing! Siri worked with me to create a design based on the idea I presented her for my first tattoo. I left our consultation excited and happy about her artistic vision for the tattoo and am super happy with how it turned out! Siri is professional, communicative and relaxed - all great qualities for a first tattoo! The studio itself was clean and full of positive energy. She is also clearly very experienced, as she was able to handle my delicate skin without sacrificing any of the detail and precision that made her portfolio stand out to me in the first place. Would recommend!! read more

O Tattoo Studio - Fresh photo of first tattoo. Thanks Siri! - Tattoo Near Me - Berkeley, California

My wife designed a piece that involved stippling for the shading before she passed away. Siri Montra did an outstanding job recreating it on skin. And on top of that she is a pretty dope person to talk to. read more

I have received 2 tattoos from Siri; both of which are amazing. The first was on 7/2/08 (this was done at Black & Blue), and the second was done later that year in December, in her private studio. Since then, I have added other tattoo artwork from various other artists, but no one has quite lived up to the Siri tattoo experience. She is gentle and kind. Plus, no where else have I been offered tea and a choice between music or a movie during my inking process. I am enclosing below the original review I wrote of my first tattoo experience with her in July '08. It was done at Black & Blue, but to this day it still holds true for how comfortable and at ease I felt with her. ----- I looked high and low for a place to get my tattoo done. After pouring over other yelper's reviews I selected this place. I chose Siri based off of her bio & photos of her work. [see their website for all bios about the artists.] I met her just shy of a month ago to discuss my design. My piece was an ambigram, just some blackwork - but I was seeking someone who had a pretty steady hand and could make clean lines. She seemed genuinely interested in the design, but I'd have to wait about ~2 weeks to make an appointment to have the inking done. Anyway so she did it on the 2nd of July. It was my first tattoo, and I told her when I got there, "I'm going to do this no matter what, but I am really really nervous." She was immediately comforting. The piece itself was going on my forearm, so I was able to watch her work. It was really cool! It hurt though. But we chatted about all kinds of things and because she was so friendly and sweet, I hardly thought about the pain. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone - she is an absolute sweetheart, very creative/artistic & talented. I would go out of my way to go back to her to have another done. And yes, I'm already thinking about another, haha! The shop is clean and everyone there is very friendly. The only gripe I would have is parking can be a pain in the butt, just allow yourself enough time to circle for a spot and it isn't a big deal. read more

I came here for my largest custom to date and had the most wonderful experience with Siri. We met for a consultation, which was super helpful to know what I was getting into (spoiler alert: it was something good). She would text me in the weeks leading up to my appointment going back and forth on design, which only got me more excited & made sure there were no surprises on T-Day (tattoo day). The actual process of getting tattooed at the studio was also fantastic. It's a beautiful, airy, green space, and you can tell it's a labor of love. I felt comfortable there because everyone felt like they really loved being there. Siri is just a lovely human on top of having over two decades of tattooing experience, and you can tell she just absolutely knows what she's doing and puts so much care into her work. I can't recommend this place enough-- tattooing is a really intimate experience and it can be scary and painful, so where you book is important! Whether you're a tattoo newbie or veteran, you'll be in kind and talented hands here. read more

My experience collaborating with Siri was awesome. I had a very intricate and detailed snake design that I had a vision for. She was able to hear my idea and bring it to life. The detail is astonishing and it brings me happiness each day. I seriously cannot thank Siri enough for using her skills for me. I can not wait till I have the opportunity to collaborate with Siri again and be in her wonderful studio. My advice to anyone searching for an artist; look no further and don't second guess because Siri has the eye for tattoos and she knows whats up! read more
