I deleted it because this business doesn't deserve to have the previous review that I gave. I'll admit, that years ago a mistake was made with my order and I left a scathing, harsh, and mean review. I was having a bad day and I took it out on the restaurant. Even though something was wrong with my order, they did not deserve a review like that! Ever since that time, I haven't stopped supporting this business though. Over the summer, I had an encounter with either the manager or owner and I think his name is Steven. I owe him and his employees an apology for that horrible 2-star review that I left! He said he remembered me by my orders from years ago. And to be perfectly honest, I was clueless as to how he remembered me, but then it all made sense. He probably remembers me because of my extremely harsh review that I had left from years prior, and I am only just now realizing that. Since I publicly bashed your business years ago, I want to publicly apologize, I'm sorry for that harsh review! Blackstone Bar & Grill is an amazing bar/restaurant in our neighborhood that serves high-quality food! Definitely better than your average bar grub! They're very accommodating to me when I come with my toddler son and my dog, and make us feel very welcome. I'm a frequent flyer, especially for their wings with the bomb blue cheese! They have the best in the neighborhood! All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Blackstone is one of the best spots in our neighborhood and I'm happy to support them!

We added carne asada as our topping, and it turned into an huge entree that's shareable between two people. We finished our meal with the most flavor-intense dish - duck confit enmoladas. Despite not being a crazy mole fan, the mole sauce that was drizzled all over the enmoladas had a perfect balance of rich notes with a bit of bittersweet chocolate undertone. The ambiance was great with both indoor and outdoor seating. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, and the restaurant made it so special for us by providing a menu printed with "happy anniversary" with a note card and glasses of sparkling wine! They also offer outdoor dining, just a small area because the inside has plenty of space, even at the bar. I decided to get a classic mojito, buffalo chicken wings with sauce on the side, yucca fries with chimi sauce and my girlfriends ordered oysters, nachos, eggplant coquettes, also buffalo wings and beer along with a passionfruit and coconut mojitos. The drinks were good but not strong enough. I should have ordered some shots lol. The yucca fries were really good with the chimi sauce and my girlfriend enjoyed the oysters with all the toppings but thought they were really small.
