A salon without a curling iron? ODD. I did not ask for a round brush but I am Soum that's what she would use to blow out my hair. Unfortunately, the plastic brush that she used did not allow for any lift which is what I went in there for. I had called earlier in the day and was happy to get a same day visit. When I asked for a bouncy blowout he gave me a lot of resistance on how he couldn't achieve that without using a curling iron. I did not object. When he washed my hair, there was some soap left on my hair and I kindly told him that. He started yelling at me and insisted there wasn't any soap in my hair and that I lied about the length of my hair. I did not lie, and if I perceived my hair as medium and him as long, then it was simply a difference in opinion. He was very abusive and the price he quoted me was $85 which is insane, later he dropped it to $60. I have had my hair done all around the world and I have never had such a horrible experience. The hair turned out ok but the amount of pulling during the blowout hurt. I would never return and would give 0 stars if I could.
