The whole yard is a waste land. No rows, no nothing. Just a jumble of junk cars that they "group"…read moretogether. They maintain nothing. Not even their inventory. They don't update their row52 or even their own system. So you see a car on row52 then go there. They see it in their system and tell you where to find. You go all the way out through their yard only to find it's not there. Walk all the way back to the window to get the answer "it might have been crushed". So wasted my time, and no refund on the money I spent to get in. You're better off going to Pick and Pull Johnston or Cumberland. At least the yard is organized and they can tell you exactly what row you need to go to. And they update they're system and everything that shows their inventory in a timely manner so you're not wasting your time. Trash place. Won't be returning.

Unsafe work and wasted money -- avoid this shop. We brought…read moreour vehicle to S&D Auto because it was severely lacking power and couldn't exceed 45 mph. The only time I heard from them was when I reached out first, and the overall experience was unacceptable. The repairs listed in their first quote ended up costing double what they initially quoted. They also fixed a transmission leak but never refilled the fluid -- something no professional mechanic should ever miss. After that, the power issue was still unresolved. Every suggested repair came with: "We're not sure if this is the cause, but we want to try this next." They kept the vehicle for 4 months and never figured it out. We finally cut our losses and took it to Advantage Truck Group, who diagnosed the problems and had it fixed in 2 weeks for half the cost. One of the main causes was a failed EGR valve -- S&D only "cleaned" it (and charged us) instead of properly testing or replacing it -- but it wasn't the only issue they overlooked. We also paid $3,000 for new brake lines that were routed so dangerously they rubbed against frame rails and bolts -- a serious safety hazard. They were literally wrapped around each other like a 3rd grader scribbling outside the lines. When I sent photos, S&D refused reimbursement unless we brought the vehicle back -- something I'd never trust them with again. If you value safe, professional, and competent service, avoid S&D Auto. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration -- go somewhere reputable like Advantage Truck Group.
