I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

Amber was extremely courteous, professional and most of all a Great human being! She knew my battery was too hot to be removed, but, she also knew I had to pick my daughter up from school and had no options...What did she do? She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. To be clear, salesperson Michael Joyce was excellent--professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I initially worked with him on Friday, March 20, and nothing that followed reflects on him. The issue arose in the finance office. After waiting roughly 3 hours, I met with the finance manager (forgot his name). Early in the conversation, he made inappropriate personal disclosures, including discussing his role as a pastor and firing an assistant pastor due to an incident/ military combat PTSD. This was unprofessional and irrelevant. I came in pre-approved through USAA at a competitive rate (my credit score is in the high 700s to low 800s). I made it clear I would only consider dealership financing if they could beat my terms. After reviewing their offer, I declined and chose to proceed with my own lender. At that point, the finance manager stepped away briefly, then returned and said they could no longer complete the deal, claiming the dealership would "lose $3,000" if I didn't use their financing. This contradicts the agreed-upon out-the-door price finalized with the sales team, including sales manager Ivan. The deal was effectively withdrawn solely because I refused their financing. This suggests the pricing was contingent on backend profit from financing--something that was never disclosed upfront. I would not recommend this dealership. Be cautious: agreed pricing may not be honored unless you accept their financing.
