Stephen Bolling, Service Manager and his team, did an excellent job this morning fixing my kinked window washer hose, checked all tires to cancel the 'Low tire' light getting me on the road in less than 45 minutes...no charge! My experience yesterday was very unwelcome, I first came and had test drove the car. After the test drive, the dealer just lay down a credit application without informing me it was one. Worst dealership. My mother in law and father in law went there today to see about trading in there Escape and were treated bad. Salesman told them to buy there truck and just let the Escape go back to the bank. Said there credit would be good again in a couple of months. I have never heard such crap like that in my life when buying trucks. They price gouge hardcore here. I needed a new catalytic converter and allegedly a new O2 sensor for my Hyundai. They wanted to charge $2400 to repair my car. When we asked if they could use parts we buy from Summit Racing to repair it, they said "no, because the check engine light won't shut off if you use aftermarket parts" ‍ Thank Satan my boyfriends dad is a mechanic and can literally fix my car for 1/4 of what it cost for Randall Noe to fix it. Plot twist: when my bf's dad looked at it he discovered we don't even need to replace the catalytic converter; we just need to run a liquid that cleans the engine out after you put bad fuel in your car. This statement is backed up by the fact that Randall Noe wanted to charge us for a fuel induction, which means they were going to do the very same thing we are going to do to fix my car. If you have the time and resources, I advise you buy your own parts to repair your car and take it somewhere other than here to have them replace the parts. read more

We drove an hour each way for a Sams Club price agreement. They increased price and did not honor agreement after a long, wasted evening. I had previously discussed all the details, but that was a waste of time as well. A classic example of 1970's stereotypes of old dealerships with the manager "behind the wall" choosing to honor or not honor agreements and wasting time. Please don't make the same mistake. I bought a used vehicle at randall noe in terrell and the sale went great, its the aftermath that has been a headache. They are rude, dont return calls, and i was literally told "if the car is purchased and no longer on our lot then there is nothing we can or will do for you at this point". All i am asking for is for them to hold up their end of the bargain! I was told they would replace the front bumper and it has been ordered, 3 weeks later turns out it was never ordered and now needs to be looked at before it is fixed. Online ad stated keyless entry as a feature and I never received it. i was told that was a typo and could pay for it at cost out of pocket. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Stay away from Randall Noe dealerships. Sales staff was informative and nice but once you get to the sales manager and director, things go bad. We agreed on a car and a sales price. Asked for an itemized quote with TTL and any fees. Tax was configured wrong, added non-required Vehicle Inventory Tax, and document fees seemed excessive. Got all that worked out; then told the car was traded to another dealership. I was told they have a similar model, so we start the whole process over again through email. Again, tax configured wrong, included Vehicle Inventory Tax again, and same excessive document fees. I replied with what I think it should be. Got an email from the sales director saying the sales manager (who I had been dealing with) was gone for the day. Sales director gave me all the right numbers. I tell them they have a deal if all the paperwork looks good the next day. Next day took my wife to work so we could go get the car after work. Got email from the original sales manager in the morning that the sales director's numbers were wrong and the actual price is $525 more. We drive cars for at least ten years. $525 over that period is not much, but no way am I doing business this way. Salesman called to apologize and asked what he could do. I said honor the price. Never heard back. I am sure they will get the price they want for the car, but not from me. Either the management is incompetent or downright dishonest. Run fast from Randall Noe dealers. read more

After visiting both other subaru in dfw, I have to say randall noe is my favorite. We orded a 2016 outback and not only did it get here a bit early, but Sam (our salesman) had it detailed and gassed within a few hours! We had to go home to get our trade in vehicle and Shannon let us take the outback so we could go get our trade in. The finance guy was awesome and it was far from stressful. I'd be more then happy to come back to this subaru! read more

My husband is active duty Airforce serving our nation at barksdale AFB Louisiana. This is the closest subaru dealer to his duty station or where we live. After finding and agreeing on a price/trade-in on a 2011 Subaru outback (Sears and the used car team were great!!), we went to close the deal. We wanted to title and register this vehicle in Illinois. We are Illinois residents and that's our home of record where we hold our drivers licenses and other vehicle registrations. This is where the problem started. Like I said my husband is AD military. It was late on a saturday so Tim Bell the F & I (finance) guy let us take the car home because he was lost doing an out-of-state registration or maybe because it was too late for him. So we drove 3.5 hours back to Shreveport with what we thought was our new car. We returned the following monday. Tim was very short with us, he continued to bash USAA (who we had pre approved financing with). We sat around waiting only to have him come back 30 min later and tell us Randall Noe was no longer interested in the sale. He ended the conversation by walking away while we we're still conversing with him. Titling the car out of state was too much work for him, thanks for supporting our troops Tim. Maybe next time my husband goes to work he will say fixing military aircraft is too much work and hell with freedom, not! Because that's not the type of person he is, I wish Randall Noe felt the same. So pretty much we wasted 7 hours of driving and gas just to be told that Tim and Randall noe subaru wouldn't spend a few extra minutes to help our uniformed military members. A local cable company truck backed into me and I had my Forester towed from Longview to Terrell to get fixed since it was the closest dealership. From the beginning, the body shop manager, John Cowley, was incredibly patient and helpful in answering all my questions and even gave me his cell phone number in case I couldn't get him on the main line. He even waited for me to get to the shop, which was right at closing and drove my car out. During the transaction, he oversaw the entire thing and made sure they charged me for the amount of the insurance check, not for the total amount. I don't know if he actually did anything above and beyond or if he treats all his customers this well, but I would go back to him without hesitation. I've been to Sewell Lexus in Dallas to get my IS300 serviced and didn't have such great service. Oh and the work itself? Flawless. My car looks brand new. Thanks John! Last night January 15,2018 I was leaving Tractor Supply next door to Randall Noe. A guy that works for Randall Noe almost hit me when I was leaving. This guy went into Walmart parking where I was going to next to get some heaters due to the cold weather. This guy stopped and when I stopped to say that he needed to slow down he got out of his car and I got out of my truck. Words were exchanged only but when I was going back to my truck I noticed he had a handgun and that's why he was talking real tough to me. I called Terrell PD and of course he had time to hand the gun off back at Randall Noe. I wouldn't go to this place if this is the type of people this place has working for it. Want to be gangsters with little man syndrome is not a good place for customer service. I hope this guy doesn't threaten any other people in the Terrell area. read more

Sales staff is great and you'll get a good price. Service after sale is horrid. I waited 6 hours for an oil change. Had a part that was to be ordered 6 weeks later part had not been ordered. They supposedly fixed the issue. Issue returned took it to another dealer who tails me there had been a recall and the tech should have know about it. They only have one tech trained to work on Suby's. You can purchase here but have car serviced elsewhere. read more

This is a long overdue review. My daughter had purchased a used Subaru Legacy from CarMax. Typical of a large volume business, when she had trouble syncing the radio and voice commands, CarMax either didn't know how to help or did not care to. We ended up going to Randel Noe in Terrel. I took the vehicle in and came in contact with Mikala Simmons. Ms. Simmons had to do some research and make a few phone calls to find a reset password (something CarMax should have done). Having done this she then reset the radio. This took at least 30 min out of her day. Recalling this service my wife and I went back almost a year later and purchased a Outback from Brent Billinsly. It was hassle free and expedient, with no pressure. Recently we need new tires for the outback and I met Stephen Bolling and a young Marine who works with Mr.Bolling. I ended up with new tires and a front-end alignment which they worked with me on in getting a good deal. This degree of service has yet to be matched by ANY dealerships I have ever had any dealings with. read more

Go here to get ripped off! I could not feel more swindled right now. Sale will go great, as stated in previous post, but the aftermath is nightmare. Basically, long story short, they made a decent deal on a Subaru with a few accessories promised. Papers are signed, car is paid for, and I drive off the lot. Come to find out that the accessories are not as stated on my car so Shannon promises to have it fixed or send a check. I choose the get it fixed route because the check does not cover actually getting it fixed if I were to take it somewhere myself. Well, the accessory store refuses to return calls and Shannon refuses to enforce them fixing it. My car is never fixed and I don't receive the parts I was promised. I have paperwork and voicemails left by her stating everything will be fixed but they still refuse. They do not have integrity and are shady and dishonest. They will take your money and bail on you.
