It was late on a Saturday, I called them and they had my part and offered to pull it and even stay late for me if I couldn't make it by the 9 PM closing time. When I arrived, I still needed to grab additional parts and tools and the two guys behind the counter were very helpful and quite patient as I picked up silicone sealer, socket set, drop light etc. They could see I was exhausted and a little flustered and took a few minutes to go over any additional things I would need to do a roadside repair and offered me a fan clutch tool to remove the fan, which turned out to be a life saver, couldn't have done the job with out it. So KUDOS to the two guys working that night. Sonora is a small country town, and it's nice to find folks who really seem to care.

We bought a used 2014 car that didn't have a remote fob, just a regular key with chip. The Chevy dealer told us they can't help since the remote fobs are discontinued. They also said $75 just to try, but only $10 to cut the key. We bought a remote fob on eBay for under $30, took it in to be cut for $10, and the guy programmed it for us for free (it only took 2 minutes).
