This crew really saved me, I wish I could do more than just a review! I was driving to Austin when…read moremy check oil light came on which was strange since I just got an oil change this week. Turns out Jiffy lube really screwed me. Open the top and oil was everywhere. The skid plate was left open, oil leaking out the bottom because the cap wasn't on. I pulled up to these guys right before closing and they really helped me. I just bought extra oil and the service they didn't even charge for. Turns out jiffy lube took my clips and screws, so they even helped me with that. Thank you to the manager, red head and cashier terry for all the help. Really appreciate it guys!

If you ever need any work done to your vehicle. Go to Walmart and ask for Steven in the automotive…read moredepartment. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty. Walmart as bad as they have gotten as far as taking care of customers. They are extremely lucky to have Steven working for them. I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and purchased the roadside hazard with the tires. My luck would have it, I hit something going down the road and damaged my tire. I took my vehicle to Walmart to have the tire repaired. I have all terrain mud grip tires. After they were finished installing my new tire I walked outside to leave. Much to my surprise I couldn't believe it. They put a regular everyday tire as the repaired tire. My truck was literally setting leaning to one side. I was like are you freaking kidding me. I went back in the store and thank God I was lucky enough to have Steven help me. Not only did he fix the mistake at no cost. He ordered the right tire from another store. He worked on getting the proper tire for over an hour because I purchased the original tires from Walmart.com. Apparently Walmart and walmart.com are two separate companies. He had to walk across a desert, fly halfway around the world, and kill 16 people to get this tire ordered. But he got it done. I have seen so many times where the employee just simple says "sorry I can't help you": If walmart was smart they would make Steven a district manager over several stores. They won't ever find a harder worker and an employee that cares about the customer. I have my own little construction company and I wish I had guys that would work half as hard as Steven. The guy really impressed me as you can see. Walmart should definitely move this employee where he can benefit them even further. Thank you Steven for a job done above and beyond the call of duty. Your were greatly appreciated.

Our dash is discolored, our back window we were told needs a complete new window as well as the weather strip on the passages side door needs replaced. Not one time did the dealership call to update us. We called a few time 3 weeks later and were told we would get a call back. NO CALL!!! Waited a week nothing!! Called back spoke to someone and they once again was told they would call back... 10 days later NO CALL!!! Called today for over 30 mins and couldn't get a person on the phone including 2 managers. Worst customer service EVER.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would! I purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica limited…read morein January, while 7 months pregnant. The car had 73k miles almost 74. Test drove it, no problems, couldn't agree on a price right away, but a few days later they agreed on a cash price, that was still a little high for us, but we went with it anyway. I loved the look of the car and it fit all of my needs with our third child coming. When the car was delivered to us, I had it maybe 2 hours and this pink fluid started pouring out from under the car, I texted the sales person who delivered it to us to let him know and asked for him to notify his manager on how they intended to rectify this situation, he said he would need to speak with his manager and get back with me.. the next day they sent a tow truck out to pick up the vehicle and brought it back to their dealership. I received a phone call later that day telling me the radiator had be broken and that was the source of the leak. They also said they would replace the radiator at no cost to me. When the vehicle was ready I received a call from the service manager informing me that they replaced the radiator and flushed the ffluid and topped it off. I was already hesitate to take the car back because of this situation and reached out to the manager to find out what my options were. I was not informed that I had 3 days to return it, they never once mentioned that to me. About a week or two later I noticed the cater wasn't driving good and called the dealership to let them know that it felt like the transmission was slipping and there was a noise coming from the back of the van, that sounded like something was going to fall out of the bottom of the van. They sent someone out to come and pick it up due to me being very pregnant. A couples of days later I was informed that they reset the transmission sensor/ module and was driving good as new and were unable to locate the source of the sound in the back. Well I drove the car for about 4 days or so and noticed that it was driving like crap again and the noise from the back was getting louder and more frequent. They took it back again and did this 3 more times before informing me that they thought it was the transmission mounts needing to be replaced or what they thought was the mounts. They then located the source of the sound from the back and told me that the shocks needed to be replaced....not to mention the back up camera wasnt working and I had/have an electronic stability control warning showing and neither of those things were covered under the extended warranty... I was very upset at this point because thats not something that just happens over night... it was something they knew needed to be taken care of and failed to inform me prior to purchase. They had my car for 3 days shy of 3 months "putting in a new transmission" out of the three months I didn't make contact with them for updates until the last 2 weeks of it being worked on.. they had every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long. I understand things happen, but I really feel like they were tired of dealing with me and felt like they would get to it when they wanted. Fast forward to the day they called and let my know my car was ready and they needed their rental back and would drop off my van an invoice to me that afternoon.. when they dropped it off, I was to pay for the back up camera replacement... over the phone with my cc.. they must have called me 6 times to get that taken care of, but when I was calling for updates, no one would answer the phone it took forever to get a return phone call. I finally was fed up and reached out to corporate which didn't do anything but play the go between and finally someone reached out to me regarding my car being completed. When my car was dropped off I had 2 new issues that weren't there when it was taken to the shop... my door was creaking like it was rubbing up against something and when I would get up to about 35mph there was a humming sound.. as well as the oil needed to be changed.. which was funny because they literally had my car for 3 months... Today the transmission issue is still there, it drives like it's going to fall out at any given moment and I personally do not believe that the transmission was replaced with a new one like they "said" it was. The invoice didn't have the transmission part listed or priced. it was listed in the notes.. that the transmission was replaced.. Long story short.. do not go to this dealership.. do not buy anything used at all from this dealership. The only person I like or would even consider dealing with in the future would be the salesman Jarvis.. he is an amazing man of God and was the only reason I dealt with any of the bullshit I got stuck with buying a vehicle from them.
