Issues were connected to my air conditioner and had a 3.5 hour drive ahead of me; had AC on the whole way and didn't run into the same problems. They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.

took my gt350 to fix a water leak from the rear window. after the work was done - there is…read morewax/sealant residue all over my trunk, spoiler, and rear bumper from when they re-sealed the rear window. trunk deck lid has a crack. paint is chipped around the rear window from when they installed an re-installed the rear window. they also used too much of it that its poking out on the corner. they could of taken better care and paid better attention to what they were doing. now i have to replace the rear deck lid and possibly the rear spoiler. which aren't cheap and now its costing me an extra $400 - $900 to fix their mistakes.

Despite these extensive and costly repairs, my vehicle issue was never resolved. What is most frustrating is the pattern of misdiagnosis. Each visit resulted in a new recommendation without a clear or confirmed root cause. After being told the issue was the fuel pump, I approved the repair based on the assurance that if it was not the cause, I would not be charged. However, I was still charged, and the problem remained. The vehicle was also kept for over a month without resolution. When it was finally returned, it was in worse condition: Fuel level had dropped significantly (approximately half a tank, about 200 miles of usage) Physical damage was present, including issues around the door area and battery cover Components appeared to be left open or improperly reassembled A new "low battery" warning appeared that was not present before service I was later informed that the vehicle had been modified to bypass issues related to the BCM instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the root problem. At this point, I have lost confidence in the accuracy of their diagnostics and the quality of their work. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. This all started with me getting a code for an open thermostat. I obtained the thermostat and set up to do it one morning and I was able to take it off pretty easily but once I put it back on, it started leaking and wouldn't stop. I tried removing it again and re-tighten it, but didn't make it any better so I decided to have it towed to the shop after getting a recommendation of this place from a close friend of mine. Mike was the person I spoke with and once I had it towed there within an hour or so he called me and told me what the problem was. Apparently the thermostat housing being plastic I ended up cracking it because I tightened it too tight and they took care of the problem pretty quickly and within an hour or so they called me and told me my truck was ready. Once I arrived, Mike wasn't there, but the two techs that helped me were very thorough and explaining to what happened, they even showed me the piece that was broken. Lots of shops don't do this so immediately they became a place that I could trust in the future. I'll probably use them again instead of doing self repairs myself.
