Arrived today about 5 min before my scheduled appointment and they asked if I needed a ride. Other reviews mentioned they've gotten them Ubers or a ride back home. However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. They only provided a number for the repair without even looking at the car. I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at.
