I don't have that experience today. When I walked inside, there was one lady in front of me, and four people behind the counter. Not a single person acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help, but I waited patiently because I wasn't in a rush. Once someone finally noticed me, I was taken care of quickly. After we came back inside from the reading, he printed out a piece of paper and handed it to me. I said what does that error mean? He said I have no idea, just type it into YouTube and it will tell you. I was like wait what? And then I left. Very different experience from other locations I've been to where they explained what the error is, and offer to help with recommendations or purchases. Oh well!
