So now my truck is dead in their lot. I asked if they had a portable jump starter I could use and was told they don't offer that anymore because one was taken. Then the employee joked that I should call AAA. That's not just inconvenient--that's completely unprofessional. You told me you could do the job, got me there, and then left me stranded with zero help. To make it worse, the employee admitted he wasn't very good at installing batteries. That's a training and leadership issue, not a customer problem. My wife had to load up our kids and drive out just to give me a jump so I could leave. If you can't provide a service, don't tell customers you can. And if you put someone in that position, at least offer a real solution instead of a joke.

This was the only store to have the full bottles (no concentrate to mix). I called ahead and a nice lady confirmed they had some after internet search affiliated with Autozone said they had stock. When I got to the store, they gave me a below list price and then honored the military discount. Got 3 bottles at an amazing price. The staff seemed pretty cool. Now location is not the best as I had to drive out of my way, but hey they met my needs. Thank you!
