I came here on a Saturday morning and received decent help. I was looking for a license plate bracket and they had them. There were only two employees working so they could not help me install the bracket on my car. It is a courtesy they provide when they are not that busy so it is no big deal. I walked in at 8:30 PM to buy shocks. As I walked in the door, the little sales girl was sitting on the counter legs crossed playing on her phone. She got down and just asked me what I wanted. While I'm giving her my truck information and she's entering it in the computer, the phone rings. She stated "hold on just a second" and answered the phone. Instead of asking them to hold, he's on the computer helping them with their business... FOR A LONG TIME! Meanwhile, I'm just standing there listening and hearing other phones ring constantly. I got fed up, told her she didn't need my business, and walked out! Autozone just became my primary parts store! I give them NO stars! You people can kiss my a$$! read more

Sporadically stopped by while borrowing my boyfriend's car to buy him a new gas cap as I'd noticed it needed to be replaced. Upon walking in, there was one other customer being helped as I asked an available associate behind the counter about the price of a gas cap for the vehicle. The man helping me quoted the price of a non locking cap. As he stated this, I remembered that my boyfriend had mentioned wanting a locking one, so I asked what the price difference was for a locking one. I decided to get one. The man helping me asked his coworker for the part I requested. The coworker was pretty rude, as he made comments such as "she wants a locking one?" (in disbelief) as the man helping me clarified to him the type I wanted. They exchanged a 'whatever' sort of communication between themselves, and his coworker mentioned to "be sure to show her how it works before she leaves". Seriously? I'm the one requesting the cap, I know how the friggin thing works, it's your job to simply complete the transaction that's in front of you. I had to rush the man along in order to simply pay and receive the product. I have had quite pleasant interactions with other O'Reilly locations, so I was quite displeased that this particular location (that is now the closest to my residence, Great) seems to treat women differently, for lack of another reason I can fathom as to display this type of behavior during a simple transaction. At least, that's nothing short of what I felt as I left the store, somewhat frustrated by the whole exchange, which was meant to be a simple sweet gesture for my boyfriend. Well thanks for ruining a routine transaction and future business for your location, as I've had a loyalty to the business that I just may reconsider. Maybe AutoZone is nicer, who knows? read more

And when I broke the wiper trying to take it out he helped me find a new one and after I paid he insisted on replacing the wiper blade for me. I had my two small children with me and he made my experience so easy, which with two kids trips to the store never is. read more

I stopped by to get my 2005 Accord Coupe DX headlights change. I bought the bulbs from another OReillys a few months back and they went out on me. Gary was superb! He lend me the tools and went out to assist me with changing them since I'm not a handyman. He also reimbursed me for the new bulbs when I returned the one that went out. He made sure I was satisfied with my visit. I asked if I could help in return and he saids don't worry about it and that's what they're there to do. Exceptional service! I called the store and Joe answered. His tone was welcoming kind and he was knowledgeable. The best person to help since I was panicking on the inside because my car wouldn't start. After getting a jump I headed over to the store and as soon as I said I was there for a battery. He said, "Hello I'm Joe and I believe we spoke on the phone." He was even nicer in person. He took care of my vehicle suggested things I could do to help prolong the life of my new battery. He went above and beyond the call of duty. While he was changing my battery we chatted and I learned he served our country as well. He spoke so highly of his company, managers and co-workers. When being helped by a curt sales person, the phone rang and he stopped helping me to answer the phone. Since when does the phone have priority over a customer in front of you!
