And as he was trying to explain to me why he couldn't she was really dismissive and kept telling him "yeah, someone got in trouble for doing that. Nuh uh!" I understand if they can't help me but you can tell me this while also being respectful and talking directly to me. She didn't even so much as look in my direction. So I got no help and I won't be buying anything from this store. The customer service is pretty terrible and that's definitely a deal breaker for me.

I walked in thinking I would pay for an alignment but they said it was not necessary. They are very trustworthy and did not try to upsell any other services. I am leaving El Paso soon but if I ever move back will definitely make this location my primary place for car repairs. It's hard to find an auto shop that is trustworthy and does reliable service. Brake Masters on Dyer is very professional and honest. One car I took needed new pads. They put them on and I haven't had any issues with the brake job. The other car I took in for a brake inspection and they told me my brakes were still really good and I didn't need any work done. They ddcperformed the brake inspection for free. I thought for sure they were going to try to sell me new brakes. As long as I am in El Paso I will take my car to Brake Masters for any brake work because I feel they are honest and do good work.

Why didn't you try and find me another one from people you know to make me happy. Instead you wait for me to call you and you put me on hold for 22 minutes ? I am not sure if this is corporate or franchise, but whichever it is, they run like a well-oiled machine and I appreciate their accurate time estimates for service. They balance friendliness and efficiency very well. I don't choose chains often, but I'm very pleased with this location. An online appointment will also cut down your wait time, but they are also as timely as they can be with walk-ins. I also found out this trip that they do wiper replacements, which is nice to know if I need that in between my oil changes (my mechanic does those.) Given what I paid for them, I am not as happy with my new set of tires as I was with the old ones (but that's not on Discount Tire -- that's on Bridgestone for discontinuing the best tire ever!)
