Went there looking for a wheel and found it with the older listings on the website. They give you a list before entering but many of the cars listed are just the same make not model. As mentioned by someone else that the check out lady refuses to speak English is true. They want to charge you more for the old tire so you have to take it off yourself unless you want to pay extra for that. Found a couple of guys to help pull the tire off, gave them money to do so. They have the tools there for that but it's all manual type of stuff. No actual machine. Asked one of the guys if there was ever someone to do tire pulls and he said he probably quit. Anyway the prices are reasonable if you find your part(s) Don't know whats up with the whole core charge thing since they don't want you bringing parts there. They don't answer the phone or emails so if your really far away you might be rolling the dice. Sometimes even though shipping is high ordering parts from a yard it may save you from the boneyard journey. Even if you park further out there will be people trying to park near you and it might make it a pita to leave. Go early if you visit. Obviously it gets hot there and bring some water. There are carts there but brought my own. Would only bring the bare essentials for tools unless you think your really going to need them. Costs 1 dollar to get in main lot. There is another lot for newer cars that is 15, didn't go in there. Well, good luck on your parts quest. read more

Went in today at 1:00 with my husband he paid his way and I paid mine the lady asked for more money when we already paid so I had to go out and wait in car it's common for people to steal like that in this area so nothing can be done. read more

They dont offer online pricing anymore so its anybodys guess how much you will pay...thats if you even find the part you need,the good cars are fenced off in a "premium" area thats $$$ and not as easy to get in and out of.... most of the vehicles are already picked to bare bones on the main lot but you may get lucky, the lanes are littered with discarded parts between the aisles making walking between them challenging and not very safe. Customer service is fair, no complaints there. Used batteries are expensive.$40. Just go to Walmart and pay the extra 20 for a new one. read more

2nd time at this Junk Yard location. Both times the staff has been very rude and cold. The older in age the staff is, the worst I guess. The young lady at the entrance was very nice, but that's it. I'm guessing the customers which consist of mechanics are very rude to the staff I guess. I'm always courteous and respectful when I speak to everyone. So I'm looking for a vehicle in the row 200s and I cant find those rows. So after walking around I figured that the 200 rows are closer to the front, that way the staff can keep an eye on the PREMIER product. So I go to the fence area with an older lady in a shipping container at a window that seems to be flirting with a male staff member that drives a small pick up in the junk yard. So I wait so as not to interrupt. And when I see a break in their conversation between the older lady and the male staff member, I ask from the fence, how do I gain access to this area. The older lady replies to go around. So I go to the exit window where you pay and there are two young ladies, one inside the shipping container and one lady outside. And I ask them how do I gain access to that area and they both pointed at the older lady. So I told the young ladies that the older lady sent me to them. So the young ladies giggled and I asked them to take a look so they could see when I ask the old lady for access. So I go back to the fence and ask the old lady again how do I gain access and she replies in a very rude way "what do you need" I said a bumper for a make and model. And she says I can't remember all that, come in. So I gave her the $15 dollars, the male staff employee tells me in a very loud and rude way that this area is the PREMIER AREA. And I am like "thank you sir for that bit of information, now I know". So I proceeded to look for my bumper. So I was unable to find the bumper but I did find a LOCATE PAINTING WAND to spray paint the floor with a special spray paint. Im walking out and the male staff employee is coming down my way on a small pick up and he sees that I'm carrying the PAINTING WAND that I found. He asks if I found what I was looking for and I said no, but I found a PAINTING WAND. He asks to see the PAINTING WAND and I can tell he likes it. I go the the older lady and I can hear the male staff employee on the 2 way radio telling her not to sell me the PAINTING WAND because he needs it. Needless to say the older lady tells me I can't have it and I leave empty handed. read more

Update: This is an update specifically for the premier section of rg pick a part. If you go into the premier section beware, they lock the gate & in a potential fire hazard they often leave the gate locked & unattended. We had to search for someone to let us out. read more

They mislead customers , on there website says all parts have 90 day warranty, and they don't honor it. False advertising at its best, absolutely no customer service and manager says one thing one day and denies it the next. read more
