They explained that I could buy a battery and be done with it or for a couple bucks more get an extended lifetime warranty. I was hesitant as I did not trust myself to keep paperwork handy, or even need it. Hey assured me that I did not need a receipt with me and they were just look me up in the computer. Fast forward to today when I realized my battery had died. I walked in, and with no questions asked but my name and phone number, I was walking out with a brand new battery! Before I left however, I found out that they also replace fobs and even fix phone shields! I don't think enough people know about the services! Maybe I'm just the one that was left out in the cold but I'm happy I found this place. Quick easy convenient and worth the money.

I was looking for a camera battery and while they did not carry it in the end, the batteries plus representative made all the efforts to look the battery up. Confirm that she did not have it at her store, but checked all the other batteries pluses in the area and confirmed that none of the stores carried that particular Battery But even offered another company for me to try. Unfortunately, that company was a big box store that I had already reached out to and hung up because all I could get was an animated service that could not help me. I made my appointment online at 1pm, showed up on time, and they said it would take an hour. I walked over to Target, shopped to kill time, and came back an hour later and it was done. I was disappointed with the service I received at the Broadview Pep Boys location. I brought my…read morevehicle in because it was pulling to the right and requested that it be checked for a wheel alignment. I was later informed that the inner and outer tie rod ends needed replacement, which I approved. The total cost was over $500. After picking up the vehicle, the issue remained unchanged. I also discovered that the front right tire had been inflated to 47 PSI. Standard PSI is 35 PSI. I returned the next day, and after another alignment inspection, I was told that worn out front tires was most likely causing the issue. I paid an additional $40 at another shop to rotate the tires, but the vehicle still pulled to the right. When I returned again, I was told they could only refund the alignment charge of $138. In the end, I still have the original issue despite spending several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall service experience.
