Knowing that my sump backup battery needed replacement, I got to talk with Jonathan about what I needed, and he showed me what would work for me. I came back the next day with the sump battery to do the core exchange for the new one. Jonathan came out to my car to get the old battery and carry it in for me. He also carried out the new battery to my car. In case you've never lifted a sump backup battery, let me tell you they are super heavy, not like a car battery. I had the battery changed and my wife called me concerned because she had our two daughters in the car and she was driving down the street and the car stopped. The very next day we brought it to the jeep dealership where we bought the car and they said "we thought we have seen it all but this one takes the cake". I called them and admittedly it took me a while as I travel for work. They then took their sweet time not getting back to me with every excuse in the world. I want to be clear I asked for my money and I told them more importantly this kid is Going to hurt someone. My wife was in the middle of the street. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY SAFE. after discussion with the manager he pointed out how I took too long to get back to them. He ignored the video. And told me with his employee told me that he was fixing it in a different way. In reality the Young man told me he had trouble loosening the nuts on my battery.
