I took the battery back to the Hulen store and was told I couldn't return the battery because it was dead. I was told to bring it to this store. The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

I asked for advice on the fuel pump (being in part sales for small engines I understand things cannot be diagnosed over the phone). This man went well over and beyond customer service expectations. He was knowledgeable and was not afraid to show it. Gusto helped me rule out a few things which led to the fuel pump. If only every store had a Gus. Hands down the best experience. That kind of care and responsibility means a LOT to me. They communicated with us, kept digging until they found the real problem, and treated my Jeep like it mattered.
