They did my gel manicure without even doing my cuticles while sitting in the pedicure chair with a pillow on my lap they did one two layers of polish for my toes and the toenails are straight across. They quickly moved me to the drying area without even checking as to if I was happy! I'd ask them what was going on, as to why the mani/pedi at the same time. They just said we're getting ready to be busy. Unfortunate to be a regular customer and treated this way. Looking for new place!

Upon walking in, I was nervous because there were only 2 technicians. One doing feet & one doing hands. I thought there was going to be a long wait, but these 2 women were fast & efficient without losing quality. Both women would ask for your approval, making sure expectations were met. Both women were gentle as well. I showed the designs, shape, including colors I wanted & they were matched to the T. A couple of my nails grow downward for some reason & she was also to fix them without using fake nails. The 2 kids were assisting with prepping, applying the final touches, ringing customers out & scheduling. I made sure to make another appointment before I left. Multiple people came in & called in asking for appointments & they were booked.

I was left with extremely long and very boring looking nails. Not at all what I requested! After many tears, I decided to try Bebe's as the pics I saw online looked like what I was hoping for. My nail tech took her time with me, listened to me and I got the look that I wanted, actually better than what I expected. I will say, she saved the day. I try to go to new places to see if I can find a second option. I scheduled an appointment for the next day for an acrylic nail set I prepaid $42.54 for. Upon arriving the lady asked what I wanted. I showed her a photo of short almond shaped nails that were exactly how I wanted with French tips. While applying the nail tips I noticed that they were not sticking to the glue, but when it got to the part where she was cutting the length she barely cut any length off. I told her I would like it shorter, she made a face then cut it, then asked if it was good, I asked again if it could please be shorter, she made a face again and cut it. After this I thought it would be for the best to just go along with it. She was then shaping the nails and reassured me that once the acrylic is on it'll look different. She also told me how I needed colored acrylic for the French tips. I don't think that I did, in the past I have gotten French tips without colored acrylic. After that she told me to wash my hands in the sink, when I did I noticed I had glue all over my hands??? It was hard to get off and I did not understand how it was everywhere. I know it gets messy but there was so much. Then, once it got to the part where she was buffing my nails it became rough. I felt the file on my skin and it hurt. I thought after this it should be okay, but it wasn't. She was painting the French tips on and kept wiping them off. My thing is that if something is not your specialty its okay! Let me know and we can work around it. I didn't say anything because I wanted to give her a chance. While she was painting the French tips she asked me, "cash or card?" I was perplexed because I paid before coming, she only said it was because of everything she did. Besides the service, I felt that they lacked on professionalism. It did not seem clean, there was nail dust everywhere, I didn't see a license (maybe I missed it), the conversations the nail tech had with me made me feel like I was a bother, and she kept answering personal calls while not doing my nails. If you want to talk on the phone its okay! But she would stop doing my nails just to talk, I spent three hours there. Once I got to paying I noticed it was because of the French tips and the colored acrylic. On the receipt it says, "nail specials, French design, colored acrylic, and Square swipe fee," this came out to $40.41. If there is something that will increase the cost I think it is wise to let your customer know. After leaving, I saw how messed up my nails were. The French tips were lop sided, the nails were not the shape I wanted, they have bumps in them, etc. Total cost? $82.95. My nails were not worth this much. I gave her a tip because it was a service done but I am not coming back.

My big toe was filed to a round shape for some reason (I wasn't asked) and so I asked for an acrylic overlay on JUST my big toes(only two toes) to make them square. Somehow my total came out to $72.32, NOT INCLUDING TIP. I usually don't pay more than $55 anywhere else. I really wanted to like this spot as it was my first time but I've NEVER paid that amount for a basic pedi with gel including an acrylic overlay on the big toes (must I add, I've done this at multiple other locations). This was not worth $73 and I will not be returning. Edit 5/18/24 10:43am: I'd like to add- the business just responded as we all see below and stated I messaged them previously. The only contact I made with them prior to my appointment was a phone call earlier in the day to set up the appointment for the pedi. From there, the only price "breakdown" given, was when they gave me a laminated sheet at the foot bath showing me the different pedicure price options. There was no communication regarding the additional $20 to add the acrylic overlay to 2 toes. The response to my review is also the first time I'm hearing of this $20 charge for the acrylic. Which, might I add, $20 for two toes is absurd. Now in regards to the "elementary" math. That is very degrading for a business to say to a customer who has willingly paid with no fight to avoid a confrontation. Along with the fact this just proves the service you'd be giving your future customers. It is an unfortunate response as these reviews are for the businesses personal use to improve any quality errors wherever those errors are made.while I respect the services and prices varies from place to place, I do not respect a place of business degrading, insulting, lying and not communicating to their customers. I called and a young man helped me set it up. When I expressed I wanted a gel pedicure, he shared it was an extra cost (which is typical), but I mention this because I appreciate the transparency. The salon itself was spotless. All furniture, supplies, you could tell as new and well taken care of. Many color options , both gel and regular polish. The new owner spoke with me while I was getting my pedicure. They specialize in artificial nail application, but no acrylics. The salon did not smell like chemicals and was not dusty - they have a new, powerful centralization system. My spa pedicure was excellent. The young woman took her time, and did excellent work. Then, the young man stepped in for an amazing 15 min foot/leg massage, included in the pedicure I chose. He then asked if i had time for a 10 minute shoulder massage - don't turn this down! They have free rewards program that will lead to savings for customers. Finally, they knew their customers by name and their returning customers seemed very comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this family owned business. They care about their craft and their customers.
