Unique Eyebrow Threading - Just left with uneven crooked brows. How upsetting - Threading Services Near Me - Glastonbury, Connecticut

Patel is the best !!!!!! She did my eyebrows exactly how I like them and was very kind

We came on Sunday afternoon and Julie was not working. I arrived with my cousin and I was debating if I should get tinted before my vacation or not. I allowed my cousin to go first and she's been there to see Julie. Based on her experience and the work; I was not going to get tinted. The eyebrows were uneven and my cousin told me her hands smelled like food. I did not see the worker use hand sanitizer between clients. No thank you I won't be coming here to get services read more

The best eyebrow threading place! Julie always threads my eyebrows perfectly every single time! I will never go anywhere else! :)

The shop was extremely comfortable and clean. The workers were pleasant and I was looking forward to coming here because of all of the positive reviews I'd read prior. However, I was extremely disappointed. I have been growing my eyebrows out for quite some time and when I went in, I simply wanted them to be cleaned up. They had shape but were just outgrown. However, after I had them threaded by Juli they were extremely thin and uneven. I am truly disappointed and upset about the results. I will not be returning. The after photos are attached. read more

Go to place for threading! Quick and professional. She always does a great job with my eyebrows.

I always get my eyebrows threaded there and Julie never fails - amazing job always. This time I went in and got my brows threaded by somebody different since Julie is away and I was VERY CLEAR that I would like my eyebrows just cleaned up, not thinned, just cleaned up. I went on an eyebrow journey 2 years ago and I finally got them the way I loved just for her to completely messed them all up! She thinned out my eyebrows so much to the point I was in tears and when I told her that she was trying to explain whatever reason why she didn't just clean them up like I asked. I told her this is not okay and i am not happy with how they look. She didn't offer a discount nor seemed apologetic or anything So I paid full price for eyebrows I hate!!! So disappointed with my experience and I will be speaking w Julie when she returns read more

I was recommended to this shop. I came in and asked for Julie. They told me she was not there but since I was already here, I chose to sit down in another woman's chair. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows (high arc). Then she said "I will do my best, but if you don't like them that's your problem." I immediate sat up and asked "What does that mean?". And she repeated herself. I got up from the chair and headed towards the door. Then I asked her name, and she said Julie. Apparently, there are two Julies (this one was not the owner). She then said, "If you want the other Julie come back tomorrow". The whole encounter made me uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will not be back. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Meanwhile, the other woman in the shop watched and listened and did not say one word to her co-worker about how unprofessional she was. Again, I will not be back due to the poor customer service experience. read more

This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows! They do such a great job, my eyebrows look fantastic! I used to go to a place in west Hartford and they would always leave my eyebrows too thin even after I told them to please not make them thinner only clean them up. I definitely recommend this place, I always leave happy! read more

I definitely recommend! I usually get my eyebrows waxed, but this place does a great job. The lines are more precise. Doesn't hurt and more or less than waxing. read more

When they are open this is a great location for getting your eyebrows done. I've recommended it to several people. Things to know when you go. The parking lot has many spaces reserved for the other businesses. That makes it difficult to quickly run in and leave for the 10 minutes this takes. They are not open on Sundays. And I've come twice on Saturday morning at 10 to find it closed. Also they close promptly at 6 pm. As a maintenance thing for most people I would hope they would be more customer focus on times of day and days when folks aren't working to be open. Disappointed and how they become more customer focus in the future. read more

I love this threading place. Get an eyebrow tint and eyebrow thread will be free. They always do an awesome job with my eyebrows! You can def trust them with your brows. read more

ZERO STARS: Wish I could post a pic! I took my daughter for upper lip waxing on 07/24/19. The lady used such hot wax that it has burnt my daughters upper lip. My kid did mention to her that the wax was very hot BUT the lady didn't react. Didn't bother to take any steps to cool it down. If this happen on the leg, it is still tolerable, but to be so negligent on the face area is ridiculous! When we went the next day to show her the burn, she outright said it wasn't in that location. Thank god I paid by a credit card and insisted to pull up get transactions. I WILL NOT GO BACK HERE! read more

Got my eyebrows done here and they look AWFUL. I spent months growing them out, and the woman who works here spent less than five minutes absolutely tearing them apart. I really value my eyebrows and I can't believe how thin they are. it's going to take MONTHS to fix this mess read more

I love this place!!!! Juli is amazing she takes her time and always her work is professional and your eyebrows will look amazing!

Asha is the best! Love this place. Been in three times now and always get such great service at a great price too! Highly recommend over waxing. read more

I would recommend this place a thousand times! When I have my brows done, I usually wind up looking like a Klingon because of the ridge of reaction that forms above my eyebrows. Although I did get a little redness, it was gone within a couple of hours. Fast, professional, courteous, AND, my brows look amazing - thank you!! read more

I've been coming here for awhile and Julie never disappoints. She is great !! She's professional, friendly, courteous and always has great conversation. The best to get your eyebrows tinted and threaded. read more

I love coming here! I always have wonderful conversations with the woman working here and it smells so good when you walk in. There is no better way! To shape your eyebrows than to get them threaded. I don't know what it is but they look so much better than they do after a wax. Then you get a nice face massage with lotion to relieve your skin. I will be a customer forever. read more

This place is so hit or missI've had good experiences here but came home recently from a bad one. The ladies are always nice though. I told the one who did my eyebrows that I was working on my arches and pointed at them to her. I've been growing them in thicker and thought she understood what I was saying. Well now they're gone and one brow goes in a straight line and one actually has less where the arch was, so it angles down instead of up at an arch. I could cry. read more

Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for a year. I would not recommend this place. The woman took forever doing my eyebrows and made them extremely thin, which was completely unnecessary. I'm very upset that I'll now have to fill in spots that she butchered which I have never had to do before. She did not seem to have a lot of experience and insisted that the reason it took so long was because I had oily skin(which I don't). I will not be returning. read more
