Two days before my wedding and I went to another salon that came highly recommended as they specialize in "glamorous" nails. I was left with extremely long and very boring looking nails. Not at all what I requested! After many tears, I decided to try Bebe's as the pics I saw online looked like what I was hoping for. My nail tech took her time with me, listened to me and I got the look that I wanted, actually better than what I expected. I will say, she saved the day. Typically I don't write reviews, but I felt there were some things other people should be weary of. I have never been here, I have a place I normally go to. I try to go to new places to see if I can find a second option. I scheduled an appointment for the next day for an acrylic nail set I prepaid $42.54 for. Upon arriving the lady asked what I wanted. I showed her a photo of short almond shaped nails that were exactly how I wanted with French tips. While applying the nail tips I noticed that they were not sticking to the glue, but when it got to the part where she was cutting the length she barely cut any length off. I told her I would like it shorter, she made a face then cut it, then asked if it was good, I asked again if it could please be shorter, she made a face again and cut it. After this I thought it would be for the best to just go along with it. She was then shaping the nails and reassured me that once the acrylic is on it'll look different. She also told me how I needed colored acrylic for the French tips. I don't think that I did, in the past I have gotten French tips without colored acrylic. After that she told me to wash my hands in the sink, when I did I noticed I had glue all over my hands??? It was hard to get off and I did not understand how it was everywhere. I know it gets messy but there was so much. Then, once it got to the part where she was buffing my nails it became rough. I felt the file on my skin and it hurt. I thought after this it should be okay, but it wasn't. She was painting the French tips on and kept wiping them off. My thing is that if something is not your specialty its okay! Let me know and we can work around it. I didn't say anything because I wanted to give her a chance. While she was painting the French tips she asked me, "cash or card?" I was perplexed because I paid before coming, she only said it was because of everything she did. Besides the service, I felt that they lacked on professionalism. It did not seem clean, there was nail dust everywhere, I didn't see a license (maybe I missed it), the conversations the nail tech had with me made me feel like I was a bother, and she kept answering personal calls while not doing my nails. If you want to talk on the phone its okay! But she would stop doing my nails just to talk, I spent three hours there. Once I got to paying I noticed it was because of the French tips and the colored acrylic. On the receipt it says, "nail specials, French design, colored acrylic, and Square swipe fee," this came out to $40.41. If there is something that will increase the cost I think it is wise to let your customer know. After leaving, I saw how messed up my nails were. The French tips were lop sided, the nails were not the shape I wanted, they have bumps in them, etc. Total cost? $82.95. My nails were not worth this much. I gave her a tip because it was a service done but I am not coming back. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Location: the location is fair, the parking is limited and the place of buisness is located in a home style building (so you can find it on the street). There's a sign in front which helps- it's fairly easy to find. Prices: The prices are fair considering 1. It's not a chain 2. They do a QUALITY job. They do hands and feet and the options and choices you can do is unlimited they're very skilled in their craft. They accept card (with a fee), and cash. Employees: the employees are kind and welcoming. If you have children who you don't allow around swearing then I wouldn't recommend bringing them here at all. It's more of an adult atmosphere. Bebe is always booked and her work is phenomenal, there are no mistakes with her work. Ty has great work I usually go to her for my nails, she takes time to shape them which is a huge deal for me. The paint job could be better but the second time I went it was alot smoother. Tay, is a nail tech in training, her work is great the only flaw is it burns when she buffs the nails but besides that she shouldn't be in training at all! I haven't been a customer of anyone else but from their work on Instagram and in person everyone is completely qualified! This salon must not want business as their hours are so odd. There is no walk ins only on Thurs and even then they only have two techs (who are in training) and will tell you they're booked. I've been to many nail places in the area trying to find a nail tech who knows how to apply, SHAPE & just do nails flawlessly. I'm new to the area and after 5 different nail places I finally found Ty. She's a dope chick who really knows her stuff. The way she shaped my nails were absolutely perfect & I was already in love with my nails before she even finished, she was very attentive to detail & just very personable. I went with matte nails which I love but never do because when I have in the past the polish would chip easily. However after seeing pictures and reviews i decided to go with it. Right away I could tell they use quality products and after she was done with my nails I could definitely tell a big difference. Also quality over quantity!! I normally don't make reviews but I need to warn people.Do NOT get your nails done here!!! The way they remove your polish is with a power tool and very painful, off the bat my nails felt flimsy even with gel polish. On top of that the gel polish appears to be cheap and was chipping within days. Most importantly currently three of my nails are in Band-Aids because they are breaking through the middle of the nail and it is very painful!! I have never had this happen at a nail salon before I absolutely do not recommend. I will say some of the artists are talented! I am upset that I paid over $50 for a mediocre design and to be in pain :( I also had an appointment I had to wait 40 minutes in the small salon because they overbooked. read more

It took 2.5 hours for a fill and repair 3 nails. I really wanted to try this nail salon and finally was able to get an appointment with Priscilla. She cut my finger with her nail tools, the acrylic powder she used to fill my nails was put on really sloppy and thick. I asked her to file it down which she did. The nails looked and felt horrible on my fingers. The next day the area where she cut my finger was swollen for 2 days and purple. I don't know if they disinfect their tools and did not see anywhere in the very tiny shop where they do this. I am really disappointed in the service and wouldn't dare go back to support the business unfortunately. I ended up having to get my nails redone 3 days later once the swelling went down on my finger. Horrible service. Quality over quantity. Bebe has been doing my nails for years and her 5 stars are well deserved. She uses high quality products, which is definitely noticeable. My matte coat doesn't peel off within a few days like other places I've been. I missed an appointment, so I ended up going 4 weeks between refills (which isn't something anyone should do). When I finally made it back to her, my nails were still completely intact. The acrylic did not lift, no cracks or chips, all of my rhinestones were still there. I give her creative control when it comes to my designs and she has yet to let me down. Her and her staff takes classes every year to refine and learn new techniques and it definitely shows. I've gone to local shops out of laziness (it's 30 mins plus 84 traffic) and regretted it afterwards.
