Panko Fried Goat Cheese was extremely comforting when eaten with the dressing-tossed salad greens it is served with. The Fish in the Fish in Chips was fried perfectly and ate very clean, no fishy taste. The Chips were frozen and fried, didn't bother us at all. The Guinness Stew really did the heavy lifting for me. Great fry, great chip (because the chowder was so heavy I could not eat them all), and the fish (it was Hake), is super flaky. Be mindful though as the fish has the bone-in so you will have to pick them out or you can accidentally choke on one, or swallow one painfully. We ordered drinks at the bar (a bit over priced) and enjoyed our sips for 90 minutes before we had to leave. The band played non-stop the whole time. By the time we left the place was quite full with lots of people standing-the crowd was dominated by Americans. This was a fun taste of Irish culture in one of the more historic pubs in the area dating to the 1600s.
