If zero stars were an option that's what i would be selecting. My uncle has purchased several vehicles from this dealership, and has been a loyal customer for years! YEARS!!! today he was kicked out of the dealership for not wearing a mask EVEN AFTER explaining he has health restrictions. He was forced to wait outside while they changed his oil... the lack of respect and the lack of customer service that he received today was less than satisfying, and will not be tolerated. You would think that given the fact that he is a loyal customer, who has been kind to everyone he has come into contact with over the years at this dealership; that they would be understanding and accommodating. It's a shame that this has happened. I can assure you they lost a lot of business today. No one from our family will ever purchase anything from this company again. Not even as much as an oil change; guess what folks? There is a jiffy lube at every corner, and i guarantee they'll treat you better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will treat you with the upmost respect and leave you feeling valued. read more

I'm currently working through an issue with Nyle Maxwell GMC in Round Rock involving a 2008 Acadia. The Acadia was used and out of factory warranty by 10K miles, so I decided to purchase the 100K mile extended warranty for over $2K just to protect myself against unexpected failures. While I was very satisfied with the sales side of the house, my issue is with the interpretation and application of my extended warranty by the service side of the house. Last week the car engine would not turn off even with the key removed. I took it in late on a Saturday and the service rep, Scot, was very helpful, even loaning me a demo car to use for a few days during a planned spring break trip. Diagnosis from service was that the fuse block had malfunctioned due to a leak from the sunroof drain. Although the fuse block is covered by my extended warranty, it is not covered if it is damaged by "water intrusion" It didn't seem right that the failure of one warranty part (factory installed sunroof) causing the failure of another warranty part (fuse block) would cause everything to be "excluded" from the warranty? After further research and filing a claim with GM, I learned that this "sunroof leak" and subsequent damage to internal electronics is a well known problem in 07-08 Acadias. When I questioned the GM rep about whether the issue could have caused failure of safety systems (ABC, airbags, lights etc) w/o my knowledge and why GM didn't issue a recall or even a safety notice, he wasn't certain???. After talking with the service manager at NM GMC, the rep called back, told me the problem was something different than the original diagnosis (bad couling?), and offered a 30% discount on the job (my part still $500+). Sorry, not good enough given the circumstances, potential safety risk, and the fact that they are attempting to use a technicality in my extended warranty to exclude a well know problem. If I leave the sunroof open and rain fouls up internal electronics....then yes...that is "water intrusion", my bad. When a well publicized internal leak fries an expensive part voiding my extended warranty on the matter w/o me ever knowing there was a problem....Your bad GMC and NM if you agree. Bottom line...I'm still attempting to work it out with the Nyle Maxwell Round Rock, as this is who I purchased the warranty from. Hoping they will come through as I'm sure their local reputation is more important than GMs ruling on the matter. I'll follow up to this post to let you know how it goes. Until then...I would recommend not purchasing an extended warranty from NM GMC until you know that the most common types of failures in the vehicle you're purchasing are, and whether they are excluded from the warranty when the inevitable happens. They are great before you buy. After they get your money they are horrible. I would never go or give another dime to Nyle Maxwell. The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership once the car we bought from them four months ago wouldn't start. I talked to three different people at the dealership, called a couple times, and sent an email. Everyone told me I needed to talk to someone else or just didn't even call or email back. To all new or used car buyers, STAY AWAY FROM NYLE MAXWELL GMC!!! read more

I purchased a Cadillac SRX and got a great price. The used car manager that i dealt with and finance manager were very nice. I did take it to my mechanic and find out it had a bad radiator and let them know and they fixed it, that being said they assured me it had gone through the shop and checked over so before you buy make sure to hook it to a machine at another shop. The buying process took a lot longer then it has ever taken me (and I use to sell cars) so make sure you eat before you go and don't plan to be anywhere by a certain time. read more

Lousy service. Call to make an appointment and no one answered the phone, left message, no one called back. Showed up at service area, no one greeted me. I wandered around outside waiting for a representative to come out but no luck. I saw several people with back shirts shooting the breeze so I went inside and had to interrupt the conversation to ask for maintenance service I needed. The guy did not say anything just asked for my keys and said it would take about an hour to get my oil changed. By the way I was the only customer around at the time, so they were not busy. An hour and a half later some lady called my name and ducked behind the wall. I got up and found her and she handed me my receipt and said I could go now. Bottom line-they are real nice when you buy, but rude as hell if you bother the service people. When my warranty work is finished I will never go back to this crappy dealership. I don't want to do business with people that treat me like they have to do business with me and that I am an inconvenience to them. Screw'em. read more

Many thanks to Lori in the service department. While my father was in the hospital, I noticed that my engine light was on. We got it in to the service department and they quickly got it fixed. Unfortunately due to jobs and being at the hospital, we were having trouble getting over to pick it up. Lori volunteered to have someone come pick me up from the hospital so I could get my Suburban back. She was so caring at a time when I really needed it and came through for us. Sadly, I dont remember who picked me up as I was pretty distraught, but he understood and let me have that time to process. I was in and out the door in just a few minutes and back at the hospital in very minimal time. I can't thank them enough for helping us at a time when we really needed it. THANK YOU!!! read more

Took my truck in a few years ago to have the transmission serviced. They replaced the torque converter and it appeared to be fixed. A few years later the same issues are occurring and I take it to another dealer who determines that Maxwell damaged the replacement trans filter during installation. Maxwell's service manager Rick Wheeler's opinion was something should have happened while it was under warranty otherwise they couldn't care less. This would be the 2nd time I've had issues with Maxwell's service department and shoddy workmanship. Tom Gammon, the general manager who responded below, indicated that they would be willing to correct the issue at no cost to me and basically strung me along for a week and then ultimately declined to cover their mistake. They authorized the other dealer to fix the issue and then declined to cover it thereby holding my vehicle under ransom until I had to pay for their mistake. I really wish I could give them zero stars. read more

The dealership provides really good customer service and has knowledgeable and friendly staff. I worked with Chad and his boss Robert and both went out of the way to provide a very competitive pricing to me and patiently answered all my questions. Never pressurized us to make a deal. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy GMC vehicles. read more

Well, let's see. 3 days after I have my truck in your shop it dies. Just an unfortunate coincident? All indications point to a problem with the throttle. Which I might add was worked on 3 days prior. But you tell me it is the o2 sensor and proceed to charge me over $300 to replace a $20 part. I bought that truck in 2008 and have been a loyal customer since. Just wanted to leave my comments on the fantastic job done by the dealership, starting with an after 9:00 PM call from Robert the General Sales Manager as I was looking for a hard to find Canyon. I had just had a bad experience actually closing a deal on a Canyon locally only to find the dealer trade didn't actually happen as I was signing the papers, I didn't want a repeat of that situation I explained to Robert and the gang. I live in the Dallas area, so the logistics of this deal were going to be tricky. They had one that was an almost exact match to what I was looking for. The next day I worked with Toby and Mark getting pictures of a potential trade-in sent off. It was all arranged, I would be coming down Saturday, about a 200 mile trip for me, then due to a misunderstanding, the truck wouldn't be available until Monday as it was being displayed at the ballpark. Robert stepped up and offered to deliver the vehicle to me Tuesday. Hey, it wasn't ideal, but I talked to Toby and Robert as I was driving the 400 mile round trip to get this deal done and I again reiterated my concerns that the truck would be available for me to close on when I arrived at the dealership. Well, you guys really got me, I got the call 20 miles from the dealership that you had sold the vehicle. Wow! Excellent job at making me feel like a complete fool and total idiot for trying to conduct a professional business deal with your dealership. A perfect one-two punch of no class and no integrity that I just didn't expect to happen and you guys just nailed it! I'm sure the bunch of you will have some laughs and maybe some high-fives of the next couple of days on my expense. I personally don't conduct business in this classless manner, but I guess ownership knows what they're doing in Round Rock, TX. read more

Just wanted to update that Nyle Maxwell GMC made this right and have been awesome ever since.

I purchased a pre-owned truck this weekend and had a great experience. I reached out online about a specific truck. The original salesperson wasn't available so he set me up with Martin, who had the vehicle out front and ready to go. I also had a trade-in and the process went smoothly. Negotiations lasted about 5 minutes and I felt like I walked away with a fair price. Martin was the right salesman for me. No pressure but he did want to help me get the job done quickly and efficiently. I generally hate buying vehicles but am really pleased with this purchase. read more

I recently visited the dealership in the hopes of upgrading my wife's current car. The gentleman who attending my wife and I was kind and courteous and he did present us with the option of buying a car to be built to meet our needs but unfortunately there was an issue with the incentive discounts currently available. We were told that we could possibly get the incentives as well as it could be less or none by the time the car is delivered for us to pick up but we could still make the purchase since the vehicle will have everything we need. I requested for him to present to the manager that I would make the purchase if he could honor current incentives so I know bottom line cost before making a commitment which is how I manage my decisions on anything I purchase (whichever the response would have been would have been OK with me). I never received a counter offer or a simple Yes or No offer other than a phone call if I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle of interest. I know this is not a buyers market right now but I think there should be some sort of respect to a customer when potential customer makes a request and receives no answer. All went well until I was disregarded in receiving an answer to a simple offer request to the manager, other than that the staff are nice and friendly. read more

The service center kept my car from 2/27-3/15. I was never updated with details about my car. I had to call everyday about my car asking for a new update.I was denied a loaner car but after having to beg for one I was finally given a loaner car. Todd Sloan my service advisor never updated never contact info so when my car was finally ready no one could contact me. I finally received a email from the cashier stating my car was indeed ready 5 days ago and they have been trying numerous times to call me. I was at the service center the next morning Todd approached the situation as if I was trying to keep this loaner car longer then I needed to he completely ignored the fact that I was trying to explain that he had not called me at all! He sent me to the cashier to pay my deductible and return the loaner key. While I'm at the cashier I asked her if she could tell me the number they were calling and she read aloud MY OLD PHONE NUMBER I then told her that wasn't right that I updated my contact information with Todd the first day I brought in my vehicle and that he even had been calling me on that number to update me about my car while I'm explaining this to her Todd calls me to the side and tells me his service manager Rick Wheeler would like to talk to me. Puzzled to why I walk over to his office **keep in mind this is at 730 am the entire lobby is FULL of people** I walk in and he immediately starts grilling me!!! Asking why I didn't answer the phone? why haven't I been returing their calls? I tried to explain to him that I was not receiving any phone calls because they were calling a old phone number he then raised his voice at me and said "I don't believe that I myself tried calling you and it went straight to voicemail" I replied with "yeah, maybe because you were calling the wrong person that wasn't me" I was in shock that this man was calling me a liar and getting loud with me in front of a lobby full of people. He then asked me what my phone number was so he could call me to see if my phone was working so I gave him the RIGHT phone number and he called and of course my phone rang he said "see there your phone does work", " yeah because you called the RIGHT number". He proceeded to say because I kept the loaner longer that he couldn't help people who really needed it and people have been waiting for this loaner. The entire time I felt like I was getting in trouble for something that was completely out of my control I was being ganged up on by this man who didn't have a clue. He proceeded to tell me that he felt "sorry for me and tried to help me out with a loner vehicle and I took advantage of it" I immediately said "that is not true! I have been calling for two weeks about my car and have only received voicemails hours after I called if Todd would have updated my phone number in the system this wouldn't have happened!" At this point I was livid but trying to keep my composure because my son was on my hip while this man was raising his voice at me and calling me a liar. Rick was not finished their he put his finger up towards me and aggressively said "when you come back here I will not help you again" I responded with "I will NEVER come back here again" he then proceeded to say "I need you to understand that if you ever bring your car back here again I WILL NOT HELP YOU!!" I was taken aback by this and said " I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE WHERE IS MY CAR I NEED TO GO". As I walked out of his office the entire lobby was staring at ME because Rick didn't have the decency to have a private conversation with me so the entire lobby witnessed my encounter. I left Nyle Maxwell service center infuriated and embarrassed in shock that nobody stepped in to stop this man or help me. That afternoon I called to speak to a manger I spoke to Tom and he did not take my complaint serious he didn't even apologize! He also refused to give me corporates number. I ended up calling Nyle Maxwell on 620 spoke to a manger she listened to my concerns and said she herself would send a email to Nyle Maxwell himself. I received a phone call that afternoon from Nyle Maxwells Assistant apologizing for the incident and this would be first thing Nyle Maxwell will take care of when he returns from vacation the next week I tried to follow up the following week but never heard anything back. Quick update to this issue..... My concerns with the Yukon Denali are the same however, Nyle Maxwell has to be the most honest and forthright dealership I've ever dealt with. Our salesperson , Bryan Unger, was unlike any we have had before - and we've been through the process of looking/buying a vehicle many times. He was AMAZING! Not the typical "salesman" - he was genuine, honest, kind and professional. He spoke highly of working for Nyle Maxwell and his pride and passion for his job shows! Every employee we encountered was polite and professional (NOT pushy, interrogative or condescending - as we have experienced so many times before). Honorable mentions are the finance manager, Alex Munoz, and the Jeep guru, Rocket, who had extensive knowledge regarding our new vehicle and took the time to show us all the features, etc. Also, Nyle Maxwell has a "Forever Lifetime Protection" that's included on almost all their pre-owned vehicles - unlike most of their competitors, they guarantee the engine and transmission FOREVER! Just bought a new Acadia Denali and I have to say it was quite a good experience! Upon walking in, though, I did have to ask for a salesperson to help me. While test driving a used Acadia I noticed some (3) stars on the windshield and multiple other chips. When back at the lot, talking to the Salesman (John) he said QUOTE "Don't worry about the windshield, we will fix that". Needless to say, I felt assured that the windshield would be "fixed". Overnight the vehicle was detailed and the windshield "fixed" so the next morning I completed the paparwork and went out, got in the new vehicle and once I was driving out I noticed the windshield was NOT FIXED. Stars still there, looks like nothing was done. I texted John and he said bring it in on Friday and they'll fix it. Well, long and short, just got word that they will NOT fix the windshield because "previous star repairs" were attempted and can't fix it now. His recollection of what he told me is a fabrication and not reality. He claims he said they would try to fix it but blah blah blah blah... LIES. I feel that this seemingly nice old guy has completely fooled me and now I am going to be out 700$ for replacement glass because the stars/chips are mostly directly in the drivers line of sight. Up till now I was an advocate of this place. Right now I am disgusted. I told John to have his supervisor call me and it's been several hours. I chatted 2 times with their online service requesting callbacks, nothing yet... Seems the right thing to do would be for them to keep their word and make a loyal customer, "fix" [in this case replace since they can't "fix] the windshield and let me go away. Ridiculous. read more

I don't know where to begin. Let's start out by saying we walked the lot looking at Yukons for about 20 mins before we were approached by a salesman. The Yukons happen to be right in front of their offices too btw. Anyhow we were finally approached by a kind young man named Joel. He offered to take us on a test drive. The conversation in the vehicle was nice, not awkward. We then went inside to talk about pricing. This is where it went downhill. Joel introduced us to his finance manager Alex. Alex was nice and cracking jokes at the beginning. He asked the typical questions about budgets, payments etc. During the conversation I noticed his coworker say something witty to him and Alex's response was to give him the middle finger. Right in front of potential clients. He then asked my husband a question (I didn't catch the question as I was still trying to process what I had just witnessed) to which they laughed a bit and then my husband replied saying for that price he would even give him a tip. Alex told my husband he'd give him a tip instead?! My husband was confused by the comment. So anyways we continued to discuss numbers etc. and Alex wanted my husband to sign something saying we'd buy today if the price was right. Well we had just gone to get pricing to begin with and take a day or two to compare pricing with other dealers. Alex was very persistent and he kept offering financing options even after we disclosed that we were going through our bank (we were already approved for the amount of the vehicle) and quite frankly it got extremely annoying. I guess Alex caught on that my husband wasn't going to sign anything and that we just wanted pricing so he told us he'd be right back and went to another office. He then came back and told us that he thought buying something used or less expensive was our best option. He NEVER gave us the price for the SUV. I indirectly asked about the price but he refused the few times I asked during the conversation. Annoyed at this point we went with Joel to look at a used SUV. We asked him for the price of the used SUV which he gave us and then I had to tell him I wanted to know the price on the new SUV since I was never given the amount. He went inside and returned with a paper that had the amount. The price difference was only 3k. We left and both my husband and I looked at each other and discussed what had just happened. Considering this dealership is located in Round Rock I was expecting way better service than I received. I'm not sure if it was because we are Mexican but I hope not because Joel and Alex were both of Hispanic descent. We were basically told we couldn't afford it and my husband feels Alex's joke was of sexual context and was disgusted. We liked Joel, Alex not so much. And for the record, we ended up buying at covert where pricing was given when asked and about 6k less than what we were quoted there. Clearly we could afford it but like anyone looking for a vehicle, you want to get a good deal or pay fair pricing at the very least with good customer service. read more

Total waste of 4 1/2 hours! After speaking with the car salesman the day before I went in, I showed up at 9:30, worked on the numbers, I had to call the bank myself (even though I was pre-approved) to get them to increase the loan amount. Once it was approved, after an hour I was told I HAD to pick up a PAPER CHECK from my bank and bring it in to the dealership because they don't do Electronic drafts from my bank??????????...(Talk about having to expose yourself at the bank during this pandemic for them)this was at 1pm and bank closes at 2. The finance guy spoke with my bank and refused to accept electronic payment, even my loan officer was shocked,, who wants to drive with a LARGE PAPER CHECK in their pocket????. Be cautious of this dealership. We stopped by with the assumption that all GMC's are the same. We had the hope that we were going to be treated with honesty and fairness since all of our experiences with the GMC's in Dallas were amazing. This place is the exact opposite. We felt like we were being pressured from the moment we walked onto the lot and the shifty personality didn't change as we discussed numbers. I'm glad we read some of the other reviews about this place before we made a mistake. Everything that we were experiencing was throwing us red flags and as they talked more numbers and started to ask for outrageous deposits we knew there was something wrong with this place. I'm not sure about the other dealerships around Austin but if you want to be treated fairly and not have to worry about being taken advantage of, go to Dallas and visit Ewing GMC, you quickly become a loyal customer of theirs. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. Poor communication, poor service. I was told a wire was replaced which sounded suspicious so I asked to see where the wire was replaced. The mechanic lifted up my truck and said he moved the wire and did not replace the wire. This is why service centers have such a bad reputation. I am working on posting this experience on every social media site that I am connected to in hopes I can prevent others from getting cheated like this. While I was there a woman with a baby came up to me and said don't ever buy a car from this place. There was another gentleman who was told his car would be ready by noon. He sat all morning with me and they took his vehicle on two more test drives and could not fix the issue after he was told it would be ready the day before. He was upset and had to leave his vehicle there a second time. I feel terrible for all of the people who have gotten taken advantage of by this service center. I blame the executives for allowing their employees to practice this shady behavior. I have had wonderful experiences at other dealerships so not all are bad. You just have to find the good ones and avoid the classic shady operations like this place. read more

After reading reviews from others I see that my first problem was coming here in the first place. I usually go to Covert GMC as I depend on a loaner when my car is in the shop, but the GMC dealerships in Austin are lacking on customer service and integrity. I brought my car in for an oil light situation that would only come on in the cold in the morning. They service person told me it was because all of y oil leaked out and so a quick fix was to do an oil change and get it going and I agreed it did need and oil change and I was slightly miffed at the last people who changed the oil but it must have been a very slow leak it did last for 5000 miles. Saturday comes and the light pops on again, so Monday I'm back at the shop saying nope that's not it. Please find out why I am leaving 12/23 on a very long trip. He has my car for a week and says nothing cant find it.. So I who knows I must being going crazy, then he writes up a damn list of everything wrong with my car, who asked you to do this? Why? Seriously, this guy wants me to pay him several thousand dollars at Christmas, for stuff that I am not in there for. Unbelievable. I figured I would fix my motor mounts and that would be all and get my car back. Then when I pick it up the light comes on. So now everyone sees it so they take it back. I have bee here now 5 times for this damn light. Then I am working and my service manager he TEXTS me the cost to repair the light. The total amount. He doesn't tell me what's wrong or how to fix it or the parts or the time he just TEXTS me an amount! 2500!!! Now you tell me how would you like to see that on your phone after you just paid these guys 1000 for motor mounts and then this asshole cant even call you, he texts you a number. That made me so made, I jumped in that loaner... I drove right up there, I got my itemized list after he wrote on which was 1650 worth of labor and retrieved my vehicle. Apparently it was an oil pump issue...however in the 08 Denali the O ring in the oil pump can be replaced with out replacing the entire oil pump because that is what is causing the light to come on because it cracked and it can eventually be sucked into the pump and I got it replaced for less than half of that. The also quoted me needing a master cyclinder and I went to another dealership out of state and they said mine was fine. So I wonder if my Motor mounts were even bad now. Hmmm..... This dealerships service department was terrible. I even complained to Corporate GM. I am beyond pissed. So beware Covert isn't Great but they have never treated me like this. read more

I purchased a used Toyota Corolla in May of this year. When I test drove it, the main issue I noticed was a grinding sound whenever I accelerated with the A/C on. The service department looked at this and said it was just a belt-tensioner issue. I needed a car, I had just been in a bad accident and my car was totalled. Because I was waiting to get a check from my insurance, I was told by the sales manager that they could hold my check for a week until my insurance check cleared. Apparently there was no communication between the sales manager and the financing department about this. To make a long story short, I walked into Nyle Maxwell May 15 ready to get a car. It wasn't until that Friday that I was actually able to leave with a car, after spending hours and hours dealing with your sales team's incompetence. I had the chance to take the Corolla to a few different mechanics to get their opinion on the noise under the hood. All three of them said it's the AC, either the bearing, compressor, or clutch. None of them said they thought it was the belt tensioner and I even asked one of them to check that. He used a mechanic's stethoscope and confirmed he only heard the sound coming from the AC system. While it works fine now, they said it will eventually go out, likely in 6 months to a year. Estimates they gave ranged from $600-$1100. I don't think it's a coincidence that the only mechanic who said it wasn't a big deal was the one who works for Nyle. On my first long drive I noticed three things: the brakes squeaked, the drivers-side door let through a lot of street noise, and the windshield washer fluid was unusable because whenever I tried, it literally smelled like something died in the tank. I took it to a mechanic in Kansas, and they told me the tank had to be removed and completely cleaned, the brakes weren't adjusted properly, and the driver's-side door WASN'T LATCHING COMPLETELY. $400 later, and they had fixed what Nyle's service department missed. How, HOW is it possible that the 30-point inspection doesn't include making sure the washer tank isn't filled with death-smelling garbage water, that the brakes are adjusted, and that the doors all latch properly?? On the day I left Kansas, the car wouldn't start. My amazing mechanic took a look and said the battery terminal was corroded and both the battery and cable connecting to the battery had to be replaced. $300 for that job. Finally, a week after I got back to Texas, I realized there were several ants in my car. I vacuumed the whole car, and they still kept coming back. I lifted up the back seat and was shocked to find a red, syrupy mess underneath covered with 100's if not 1000's of ants. $50 paid to a very generous detailer, and it's mostly cleaned, but only time will tell if the ants come back. I was told that the car would be detailed when I bought it. My detailer said, "At most they ran a vacuum through it. I could spend 5 minutes on some of these stains and do a better detailing job." For the record, no one has sat in my backseat since I bought the car. Whatever was under the seat was from the previous owner, and was there when I bought it. So here I am, already $750 down on a car I already paid too much for, waiting for the AC to die and hoping I don't get infested with ants again. I know I bought the car as-is, and there isn't much I can do about it now, but I can let as many people I can know how I was misled. No matter how many times I brought it up, the AC issue was shrugged off. When I first contacted Nyle GMC, the sales manager sent me an e-mail saying "It doesn't matter if it's the vehicle itself, price or trade, or even monthly payment. I will do everything I can to get it right." This was obviously, objectively a lie. I realize I wasn't buying a $70,000 Denali, so maybe it just wasn't worth his time. He wouldn't budge a penny on the price, which I would understand if he had said, "This is a good car, the AC compressor is old and may need to be replaced and that's why it's only $6000 and not $7000." But he didn't, he said it passed the 30-point check and everything was fine when it was NOT. I know this is the consequence of buying a used car: the stereotype of the "shady used-car dealer" is as old as cars themselves. I just thought that by going through a big dealer like GMC I could avoid these pitfalls. On top of the misinformation I was given, the length of time I spent there and the number of days it took me to simply buy the car made this overall an extremely negative experience. read more

Just want to say thank you to Tom, Mark, and Shane, along with the incredible staff at Nyle Maxwell GMC. They go above and beyond to help and assist all those who step foot on their property. It is very rare to find such a high level of customer service in an industry over run with patronizing sales staff that have no interest in you as a person, just you as another notch on their sale chart. You wont find that here with this wonderful group of professionals. They claim to be family driven and friendly. Which was proven when taking my own mother and sister, and seriously treating them with the respect everyone deserves. They certainly will receive more business from all of those who I come in contact with. They would have happily spent more money with such a warm and inviting staff of professionals than the alternative, which was the over bearing sales people they dealt with at a competing family owned string of dealerships. Thank you again!! read more

The price of the car I was quoted was $28,300. I corrected the salesperson Mike when he tried to price it at $29,---. Then when I signed the papers, which I didn't realize at the time, they upped the price to $31,---. I only noticed this when they called me in to resign the loan papers (3 days later) because they forgot to put in their $750 rebate (which went to the dealership--not me). I asked if I could cancel the contract; they (Chris the sales manager) said no. Not only did I pay an extra $3,000 for a demo with over 4,000 miles, but I was told the white Acadia was the $28,300 car, and the other colors were $500 more -- $28,800. I feel that the dealership was very dishonest -- especially Chris. Mike, the salesperson acted like he had no idea about the price. I'm telling all my friends on social media about the dishonesty of this place! read more

Horrible service from the top down. Business Manager Mark Lof should not be in his current position. He is clearly not adequate to handle his business. He lacks professionalism and common courtesy. Customer Service is not a key trait of his and offered no help. The sales manager lacks leadership and needs a whole lot of training. Obviously they are at a car dealership because they are not qualified to work anywhere else. Very disappointing service! read more
