The addition of the storage under my patio that Fiaz and his team added was gamechanging and definitely has boosted overall quality of life in this past year. I now have pride in my house's appearance, and I owe it to New York Pavers! :) Thank you for all your hard work last summer!

Haseeb worked with me to get the job done in my budget in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend them. Also, they came back to do a bit of finishing work on the cement border after the main job was complete. They didn't have to go that extra mile (not really part of the scope of work) but they cared about the quality of the work and wanted to make sure I was happy.

As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites. We look forward to working with Innovation Construction NYC again in the future. -- Aspire Security Protection LLC

After living in our apartment without any issues for years, the brick wall in our bedroom suddenly…read morestarted to let in a strange smell through the many cracks and tiny holes. The brick wall is directly against the wall of a neighboring high-rise building, so we did not have a lot of flexibility as to what we were allowed to do. We could not re-point the entire wall, so Ahmed selectively scraped around all of the holes and refilled them with new mortar. Another challenge was that we had no idea what the brick wall had originally been sealed with over twenty years ago. So Ahmed tested a couple of nontoxic sealers on the wall to see what would work. Then he sealed the wall with two thick coats, letting the first coat dry for over 24 hours before putting on the second coat. There were a lot of challenges with this project and Ahmed listened to our concerns and provided us with solutions for our particular situation. He was kind, calm, polite, and communicative, always texting to confirm appointments and letting us know when he was en route. He worked quickly and diligently and was a stickler for quality and precision. It was a pleasure working with him. We will not hesitate to hire Ahmed again in the future, and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
