While my initial interactions with the owner were rude and unprofessional, his behavior in person was downright alarming. I was connected through my insurance company, and after a week of being ignored, he finally showed up. Once inside my home, he became extremely aggressive and combative. He is a complete lunatic who seems to have no control over his temper. We got into an argument because of his dismissive attitude, and his behavior escalated to the point where I no longer felt safe having him in my house. I eventually had to force him to leave because he refused to act like a professional or respect my property. It is terrifying to think that insurance companies are sending someone this unstable into people's homes. Do not hire this man. After the first visit Drew from serenity air called and discussed with me the features I wanted. Drew gave me options that fit my family. He spent time educating me on several features and upgrades. He gave me very reasonable quotes. They also had great financing options. The process of setting up financing was extremely easy. The install of the new system was smooth all the people working on the system were polite and professional. After install I called serenity air because my furnace was not heating after the temperature dropped to 30 they had a technician out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately. Later after the install I decided the system was just a little too loud for me. The sound didn't bother anyone else in the house and wasn't extreme. They immediately offered me a solution and came to put a part on it to make the system quieter. Even with me having so many questions and concerns serenity had a very positive and professional attitude. They are a very solution based company and they worked with me so I got exactly what I wanted. Overall great experience with Serenity air they respond quickly, are professional, and offer a quality product.

They installed a Mitsubishi condenser and two head units. The team installed the head units quickly and efficiently. Finished the mechanical portion of the install in under 2 full days. The electrician had scheduling issues but after speaking with their management team, the owner Hoa came out the next day to finish up the electrical work before the upcoming heat wave. I had no issues other than the scheduling one but the owner came through with the quick turnaround. Still awaiting surge protector and inspection but that will happen next week.

The guys also seemed very knowledgeable which gave us a boost of confidence about the work that would be done. The quote fit well within our budget. Shawn and his crew did a great job getting our furnace and AC up to code etc. They dealt with the difficult ductwork issues in our crawl space to improve airflow to colder parts of our home. Now the air flow is much better and we are very comfortable! My neighbor is now getting a heatpump and updating his furnace too through TCS. Tahoma Comfort Systems went beyond what any other installers would have done and we are happy.

He stopped responding to my texts, and when I called the office to see what was going on, they said that the fan that was ordered to replace mine, was incorrect, and if I wanted them to still fix it, I'D HAVE TO FIND THE FAN. Well I emailed Goodman (the maker of my unit) and they refused to work with me because I'm a home owner not a company. Basically this company gave me the run around for 3 months. Now 7 months into trying to get this damn thing fixed, and the new company i had to come in after Tahoma says theres nothing wrong with the fan. Tahoma also charged for an hour of labor, and the cost to determine what was wrong with it. (And watch out! They'll charge for an hour of labor to order your part for you as well! They only refunded that after I complained that they never quoted that before charging me) However they could never tell me what was wrong with it, and it never got fixed. Keith was great though, well, until the company told him to stop replying to us. It's OK to admit you don't know how to fix something, just tell us before we're trapped in this oven of a house in the middle of summer.

Aqualine Plumbing didn't even do the most basic parts of their job: showing up for their appointments, communicating with the customer, following up, ordering parts, nor scheduling the actual repair work. Total failure in every way. They failed to show up for the first appointment on 7/26/2024 scheduled between 12-2pm and I had to call them several times to find out if and when they would be arriving as it got closer to 2pm and beyond saying they would be there. When I made my last call I made to the around 4pm they that their service tech was still on his first call of the day and they wouldn't be coming. The office rescheduled for 7/27 and told me I would be their first call of the day and the tech would arrive between 9-9:30am. I informed them I had plans later and had to leave by 11am. I was texting the tech in the morning when he said he was on the way and reiterated that I needed to leave by 11am. Their tech showed up at 11:15am and I had to alter my plans. When the tech arrived I asked if I was his first appointment of the day and he confirmed that was true. Given that I had communicated my schedule with the office and with him, I asked why he was so late. Basically, he had no valid excuse and clearly decided to sleep in and show up whenever he wanted. I had six plumbing issues. They fixed one (reseated the toilet)and took pictures of everything else to order parts and schedule the next repairs. I didn't hear back from Aqualine and had to call them to try and determine when they would be scheduling their visit for the repairs. I called four separate times and each time they said they would get back to me but never did. They also said that they showed the repairs were completed in their system, which is as not true. I explained we were waiting on parts and still needed to schedule the repair appointment. I spoke to their office manager, yet again, on 9/5 who said the manager would be contacting me on 9/6 or 9/9 at the latest. No one ever called me back. I called spoke to Aqualine again on 9/16 and the office manager said the Manager would contact me but never did. It's now been almost 2 months and my repairs still are NOT completed. I had to contact American Home Shield to have another plumber assigned. The new contractor got me scheduled right away and said they strive to complete all repairs the same day with limited exceptions. That's what anyone would want or expect from a plumbing contractor when they are having plumbing issues. Aqualine can't even do the most basic things any company should do. Don't use this company unless you want to be frustrated, waste your time and still have plumbing issues that never get fixed. They don't have their act together.

I requested to be refunded but I have not gotten a response to my email. Aqualine was paid in full for a job which essentially is not complete after almost 4 years. I purchased a 5 year labor warranty on my A/C unit a year and a half ago, and since then, they have been dodging their responsibility to come out and diagnose the system, which is now failing. The first time the system was scheduled to be fixed, they cancelled their original installation date to go work on another project, and we had to sit through the hottest weekend on record with no A/C. Then the husband, Brian, gave me an angry call when I asked the wife, Austine, to waive the previously undisclosed cargo fee as a professional courtesy due to the inconvenience. The owners claim that they're moving away from residential work. That doesn't absolve them of commitments to their previous residential customers, though.

They came out to fix it and let it run. When I checked the system it did not seem to be working correctly. They came back out and so forth and so on. Then we had to trim trees that we were previously told were fine. Now I have hard data that the system has not been producing anywhere near what they said it would do. We have called, left messages, and sent emails. No response. Find someone else and wait to work with a company who cares.
