They even arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which I thought was great. They were extremely thorough - going through my entire house (large 2 family) with a fine tooth comb. They identified and closed up a few trouble areas and strategically laid down bait to ensure effectiveness. Although they offer a few month warranty (I believe 6 months), I never needed it. Never saw another mouse or mice droppings after a week of allowing them to access the bait. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs relief from rodents.
