David, our field supervisor, thoroughly inspected the damage and gave us an honest and careful outlook about the restoration process. Optimistically planning on insurance coverage, but realistically expecting denial, he made sure that all work and costs were approved by us before and throughout the insurance process. Thankfully we ended up being covered, and David helped negotiate on our behalf. Olman, our project manager, was attentive and communicative. He kept us up to date with all the work and progress, and helped us coordinate with the workers we had coming and going for several weeks. The crew working on the house was excellent, too! Giovanni walked us through the work, and helped us when we wanted to make adjustments. We made some pretty drastic changes to our spaces, installing LVP in both rooms and painting the wall and ceiling a dark color in one of them. These big upgrades were easily handled. At no point did we ever feel like we were left hanging or out of the loop. We talked to them about our ERMI…read moreon Nov 26th and had them out to do a full inspection on Dec 4th, which is when we paid them $1800. We got our report back last week and they told us one of the samples needed to be retested and said they'd call us on Monday, which they didn't and they didn't respond to any of our messages. We understand that people take time off around the holidays but if you tell your client you're going to do something, you need to follow through. The soonest we can get our report interpreted is January 22nd. We have no idea when they are coming out to resample and how long that will take. If we had it to do over again, we'd recommend working with a company that has better communication and more timely responses.
