They did not pay mine to it so I had to get my 30 day notice and when I did that they charged me like I didn't pay my rent instead of using my first last and deposit that they said I didn't pay which I did because it was owned by SMI before they took over so I told them they needed to do their diligence and figure out where my first last deposit has gone Which I have paid . when there's issues you call them and they will not call you back so if there's anything that goes on, don't expect a phone call they gave me a letter of eviction when I gave them my 30 day notice so they don't have to pay me back my first last deposit, so I'm just hope you guys take my complaints seriously because I wouldn't want this to happen to you.
