Great service! My power is restored in a quick manner, sometimes storms can be a bit difficult but I can rely that PGE will restore it.

Restores power to all homeowners and businesses but leaves all the renters with no power or heat in the winter. This company is lame.

All of a sudden we were left without gas service. We looked through all our emails and mail to double check, and we finally find a tiny note left on the ground by our door saying they came by to collect our bill, but since we weren't there that they turned our gas service off. This happened on a Thursday, but we didn't discover the note until Friday after 5. Customer service was already closed. So because of this, we were stuck without hot water or heat all weekend. My husband called this morning (the first day that customer service was open) to get it figured out, and they are charging us $100 to have someone come out today and turn the gas back on (And they won't even come until after 5), AND an additional $79 "deposit" because the account was supposedly "disconnected" (to be clear they didn't explain what that even meant). All this is absolutely criminal. It's one thing to be in a situation where you can afford the extra $180 in fees, but a LOT of families don't have a single penny to spare, so if you are low income or living paycheck to paycheck, there's no way to ever be able to afford turning this back on. This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous. If I had a choice in the matter, I would not ever return to this company as a customer, however they have a monopoly on the gas service in our area so there are no other options. I will be reporting this on every site I can, as well as the better business bureau. Absolutely disgusted.

The staff are super kind and helpful. You can also reserve books using the online platform and then just get them off the reserved shelf and check them out. This feature is so helpful if you want an in/out experience. The library is what makes this City right. They are doing an excellent job!! The books are super awesome - you can find so many great ones, and they pull from other Oregon libraries so you really aren't limited to the books at this location. A fat thumbs up to this library and everything it has to offer. Also - don't forget the cultural pass you can reserve. It was a great way to take your children to local attractions without paying an entry fee. What a great educational opportunity!!!!

My favorite thing about this library though is the Friends of the library store to the right when you first walk in. You can donate books there and they sell them for very cheap as well. I just got two books on my wish list for $3 each and they appeared to be brand new! My mom said they used to have a cafe and she misses that part- but I wasn't here during that time.
