Jerry showed up on time for the estimate and even tacked up a sections of fence that was falling over without me asking for it once her heard I had dogs. He just did it out of his personal kindness. I got 2 other quotes for my fencing and Jerry was comparable to the others. Because of his kindness and professionalism, we selected him. My little project with three neighbors quickly grew to eight neighbors and much more complexity. Jerry took it all in stride and provided clear communication about timing. I've heard nothing but great things from my neighbors about Jerry's quality of work and professionalism. We've had a lot of work done to our place the last two years and Jerry is by far the easiest to work with.

Replacing our back steps…read more The wooden steps that came with our house when we bought it were marginal at best and that was nearly 25 years ago. We had a rickety rail on one side that was removed when we had the sliding glass back door replaced. I've included the before pictures of what we had. Scary, aren't they? In less than two days, Francisco removed the old ones and replaced them with new steps with solid heavy-duty railings. The new steps, with their shorter risers, are much safer and easier for the less steady among us. One of the most gratifying things was how well Francisco listened when we explained what we needed an turned it into a reality. Husband said that the steps were exactly what he was thinking. Our new steps are solid, well-built, and really very nice. Thank you, Coho Contracting and Francisco!!!!

They plumbed it into our well system, provided a backflow, and installed the electronic sprinkler system in our pump house. This was all done in 1 week. They speak fluent Spanish and English so great for those who are looking for either. Their pricing was more than fair. I was once quoted $24,000 for the same job they did! Granted the other place did have great ratings but I was willing to take a chance on these guys. Aspen lawn and sprinklers did it for considerably cheaper. Like, several thousand dollars cheaper and blew away my expectations. They asked plenty of questions. After all the work was done they reseeded the lawn where they worked (looks better than the rest of my lawn) and put back the decorative rocks and sawdust. Lastly, they didn't expect payment till the job was done. Again, I think this was more than fair too. I highly recommend them. They rocked. Last summer was brutal to water all the plants and lawn by hand. This next summer is going to be easy! Give them a try for any sprinkler needs. We will be going through these guys to flush and maintain our sprinkler systems as well. Looking forward to their continued great work!
