We wanted a patio on the back lawn to allow for better outdoor use during the spring, summer and fall. Attached are some pictures of the work. Not only is the work outstanding, the level of service beyond what is expected is now what "is" expected. Eric and his team go beyond how the project works aesthetically, they do extra work on what one does not see below the surface. And, every time Eric says something we be started, it starts. Fernando was the most attentive and on top of the process. He came to my home multiple times to discuss my plan, give his input, discuss options and pricing and contracts. He and his crew ALWAYS had a good and positive attitude. We had a couple hiccups, but were able to resolve them. My yards are beautiful. Oh and did I mention he did both front and back - removed old grass, added new sprinklers and drains, pavers for my new jacuzzi, plantings, lightning, fencing and gate and planted new sod - IN 9 DAYS! The bid I got from the 'fancy' company was going to take two months. AND Soto Hardscaping Design did it ALL for about one-third of the cost of the other bidders. Astounding service, level of knowledge, professionalism, and abilities from Jesus and crew…read more These guys literally moved a mountain for us (grading the yard, putting the hill along the back behind a block retaining wall, and giving us a terraced growing area) and went above and beyond to make sure we were left with a really nice yard. The price was very reasonable for the originally planned work, but in the end it turned out to be a great value for everything they did to get it perfect for us. Jesus is extremely nice and approachable, and he was excellent with communication and check-ins. As soon as they finished the backyard landscaping job today, I signed another contract for them to do our fencing, and we're planning on having them back to improve our sprinkler system next Spring.

They even pulled weeds from plants and pots around the yard. Way above and beyond what I expected. The one draw back is how long it takes them to cash checks. Wrote them a check for the clean up June 8th, didn't clear until July 11th. They still are holding on to my check from June 28th, it's July 20th now. We needed two sections of fencing with gates on either side of the house facing the street. Wow!…read more Great job by Carlos, Raul, and Hayden. They arrived just after 8, got right to work removing the old fence and worked straight through until 3:30. The gates came complete with locking latches and keys. Hayden gave me a lesson in how to lock the gates from either or both sides. They are so cool. The team totally cleaned up and removed all construction debris. Except for the new fencing you would never know they had been here. This is the second fencing project OnPoint has completed for us and should we need more work to be done they will receive a call back. Thanks guys.
