Needed to get a dozen cherry trees planted at the family farm. Lucky for me, the First responder was a great guy. Asked about what I needed, accepted my hand drawn diagram. Showed up early and worked hard. Very impressed, able to accept contact less payments. Fair price quality work. Will be first my list for next landscape job read more

Never sent me an estimate, kept waiting. Should have notified me if cannot do the job instead of ignoring it.

We had a project that we asked for quotes for. We ended up going in another direction, but we felt that they deserved a high rating for how polite and professional they were. They even called us when they thought they may be a few minutes late to the appointment. Thank you! read more

I have been working with Luis and his team since mid 2020. Since then, I have increased our service to my rental properties as well. The thing that keeps me loyal to him is his integrity and knowledge regarding his craft. Luis has a good eye and always views my property before leaving, contrary to previous businesses I have worked with that mow, blow, and run. I greatly value his feedback in the changes and maintenance of my landscaping. He always makes time when I have questions and charges fairly. The most recent projects we did this year was to remove bamboo in my back yard, which also resulted in ripping out my lawn, stump grinding the entire area to chop up the bamboo roots, and treating the soil before laying new sod. In addition, I replaced my front yard lawn with the same sod and had him remove 3 trees in my front yard as well. My past experience has taught me that this industry starts out strong and quickly moves into complacency, regarding needs and expectations. I have found that Luis clearly loves what he does and takes great pride in his work, as his reputation is extremely important to him. I am a loyal and appreciative customer and will continue to work with Luis for as long as I require landscape services. For these reasons, I Highly Recommend Luis and his team for any projects or maintenance you might need! read more

We hired Luis to take down a 30 foot tree that was leaning in my back yard after a recent wind storm. It was near fences and other trees in the yard. Luis came out the next morning, safely cut the tree down without damaging anything around it, cleaned up the area and finished in under an hour. He provided a fair quote for the work and over delivered! read more

Customer service was top notch. Super helpful and friendly. I was also given helpful tips being new to oregon.

Saints Maintenance owner Luis was hired for lawn maintenance on our Salem home once a month. He did good for awhile and then we noticed since April 2022 of having to contact him for when he would be doing the lawn maintenance. (1st red flag). I also asked him to weed/feed and reseed our lawn since last October and to date, this has not been done despite my gentle reminders. (2nd red flag) For the month of July he was a no show (3rd red flag) and he has not responded to my text message from 5 days ago. (4th red flag) Not good. Needless to say, I do not recommend Saints Maintenance to be a dependable and reliable company to use. read more

Thru Yelp, I requested quotes from (3) Landscape Maintenance businesses for a clean-up of my sloping backyard at a South Salem Townhome...Luis was very responsive via Yelp messaging and contacted me via phone to set-up a site visit and quote...However, on the day and time that this appointment was scheduled, Luis was No Show, with no call or Yelp messaging. read more

Luis does an amazing job on the weekly maitenance for my front and back yard. During our first meeting a few months ago to get a quote, he was very transparent on costs for maintenance and helped me explore separate cost-effective treatments for my withering lawn. Since beginning to work with him a few months ago, my lawn looks healthy and nearly patch-free! My yards and bushes also look very well-maintained. Luis is very responsive via phone call and text which is great because he's always open to talking through how we can address other landscaping needs as they come up (example: unwelcome gopher visitors, dead bird trophies from neighborhood cats, etc..). He also never pressured me to choose a specific landscaping plan and rather gives me several options based on my needs and gives me the space to choose. I highly recommend giving Luis a call to discuss your landscaping needs! read more

My husband met with Luis and he seemed a good fit to meet our landscaping maintenance needs and our budget. We scheduled a date for him to start on Friday, 4/30/2021 for initial clean-up and regular, ongoing maintenance every two weeks. Luis showed/no-called. He finally contacted me at 8:00 pm, and said "sorry I overestimated the needs of my regular customers." We are understanding and flexible people, but first of all we hired this company and scheduled dates. I believe that makes us "regular customers." Luis said he would need to reschedule, I asked for date and time and he said "possibly next week." Possibly? I find Saint's Landscaping to have been a poor choice. Luis has proved himself to be unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful. This was a very disappointing experience. If you need lawn maintenance done as agreed upon, Saint's Landscaping is not the company to choose! read more

These guys did a fantastic job at clearing out my yard along the property line for a new fence. The removed some random trees, a stump, some ivy, etc! All in one day. I will certainly call them again for my heavy duty projects. read more

Saints Maintenance - Completely cleared the vines and dead tree mess that was wrapped around this pergola - Tree Services Near Me

I was impressed with Luis at first but unfortunately he changed and wasn't completely honest with me. He told me that this job was a full day of work. After 4 hours he was ready to leave. During the 4 hours I pointed out several things that needed to be addressed. They weren't thorough with their clean up. After they left I went back out to see if they corrected the job and guess what, they didn't. They used a hedge trimmer to cut down the larger weeds so now my small dogs have a risk of being stabbed in the paws. What happened to pulling weeds? I'm a disabled senior living alone, otherwise, I would have done the job myself. They didn't move my heavy patio table back, damaged my fern, left weeds in my driveway and, left a mess on my lawn. I should have just paid half the amount for a half day. But then it would have been too much. read more

We needed 2 medium size size trees removed and we contacted 5 companies for bids. Luis was quick to reply and the first to supply us a quote. His bid was similar but slightly lower to large companies however we selected Saint's because of the reviews. They showed up within in a hour window. Trees were removed and all debris removed. I would use them again and very happy with the results. read more

Posted on Yelp to have some bushes and arborvitae trimmed. Saint Maint. (Luis) was first to reply and came quickly to give estimate. Bid seemed fair and Luis agreed to my requested date. Saint came out on appointed date and did the work as requested and did a good cleanup. I would recommend them for this type of work, Thanks Luis!!! read more

Not having any reviews to go by, I was not sure about having Saints Maintenance do the work, since reviews are a big decIding factor for me. But, after Luis came out and gave me an comparable estimate for my landscaping needs, and after meeting him, I'm glad I chose to go with him. He was even willing to take on an additional job for me, that neither of us had anticipated how difficult that would be. He stuck with it until it was completed-thank you very much!!! I would never have been able to do myself! He arrived on the scheduled day, worked very hard, my yard looks a thousand times better now! I definitely look forward to having my yard maintained by him again! read more

I highly recommend Saints Maintenance. I needed a job done with short notice, Luis came out and gave a free quote the same day. They were out the next day and did an awesome job. We needed our whole yard cleared of overgrown weeds and for all of it to be hauled away. They did everything within a couple of hours. Very fairly priced compared to other quotes we received. We will be hiring Saints Maintenance again if we ever need yard services. read more

Working 7 days a week running my own business leaves me with very little time to do much else and with my dog slowly destroying the grass I figured it was probably a good idea to hire someone. I'm glad I did. It's one less thing I have to stress about and my yard looks amazing. Thank you! read more
