The sprinkler system repair technician, Houston, never made an appointment on time. there was always some reason that he would be late. He must have made multiple, tightly scheduled appointments that invariable had to be adjusted, After 2-3 postponements, we finally set one for 10 AM, the following day. Houston never showed up and didn't call. A couple of hours latet, I saved a text or email from his office manager, perhaps partner, stating that I misunderstood what was supposed to happen. I've included the complete message thread, which isn't very long, then you can judge for yourself what happened, and if you want to hire H&M Landscaping, or not - I won't.
