Thursday night before he emailed saying he couldn't make it, another job went long, etc. The next week I emailed to see when he'd be coming out and he said he was short on labor, he'd let me know when he could come out. 20 days later, still waiting.... If he didn't want to do the job, why give a bid at all? If he'd changed his mind, why didn't he have the decency to say so? Crap customer service. and no service at all.
