Had an absolutely horrible experience looking for solid hardwood floors here and ended up walking…read moreout after attempting to get help for 45 minutes. Two workers in the hardwood flooring area completely ignored us the whole 45 minutes we were there. We finally flagged down a 3rd person who attempted to help us. He warned us that he had only been working there for 3 weeks and would grab somebody if we had questions he couldn't answer. But as we asked questions, it became abundantly clear that he was content with making answers up instead of getting somebody who knew what they were talking about. He initially didn't know the difference between site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floor until we described it to him. He couldn't explain how to tell which floor options had bevels between the boards and at one point claimed that a specific example floor only "looked like it had bevels because it was hanging vertically for the display" (obviously a completely wrong answer as you could see the individual boards had bevels on them). At one point, he told us that if we wanted to a site-finish floor then we could install a pre-finished board, completely strip it, and then re-finish it with the finish we wanted. I understand he was new but he never once actually went to get anyone else and confidently stood by all of his answer. He should NOT have been interacting with customers on his own as he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. And the cherry on top is that this whole conversation occurred within earshot of two other employees who never once offered their input, help, or correction. The complete lack of customer service and flooring knowledge is unacceptable and we will never be going back to this location or any other.

For such a good sized condo, the kitchen is a small galley and bent in an odd angle half way through it. No one seemed to be able to work out a design that kept the architectural beauty of the rest of the main floor yet also addressed the many issues with the kitchen. Then the pandemic arrived and we put everything on hold. Last winter we hired Featured Kitchens and Bath to do a design and possibly do the remodel for us. Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. At that point we contracted with them to do the renovation. We are so glad we did. Kris and his team are honest craftsmen and do beautiful work. From start to finish they took care to insure we were happy with the results. In the end, we couldn't be happier with what was done. We highly recommend Featured Kitchen and Bath. She visited our home multiple times and helped us define our vision. We liked their proposal and contracted with them. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We know two other homeowners in our development who have used Featured Kitchen and Bath, both are pleased with their work. We don't think you can go wrong with Featured Kitchen and Bath.

Expert designer, quality work and completed when promised!…read more We talked to 5 different local companies and decided to use Evergreen and glad we did. It started with working with Steven - he helped us tremendously through the process of selecting the cabinets, countertop and sink for our kitchen remodel. We ended up picking cabinets that were custom made and Evergreen handled all the work on submitting he order to the factory. Most important was the installation week. The cabinets showed up on a Monday morning, demo of old cabinets started the same day, followed by cabinets, countertop and sink installation and then getting the plumbing hooked up. All arranged by Evergreen and done as promised by end of day on Friday. this was critical since we had 30 family members to our house for Easter dinner on the following Sunday. Great work Evergreen!

PROJECT DONE IN MANSON, WA…read more Erv and the crew were great to work with! Take a look at my before and after! He let me be as involved as I wanted to be in the remodel. I'm pretty OCD about things so needless to say - I was VERY involved. When it came to selecting the details: sink, handles, appliances, bar stools, lighting, cabinet inserts, under counter LED strip lighting, (even in the liquor cabinet - gorgeous!) we would pow-wow for the right specs then I would jump online and order exactly what I loved. They delivered even more than promised. Erv is a stickler for the details! I was living there during the remodel which can be dicey. They respected my privacy and accommodated my security needs for my dogs every day while I was at work. They're like my kids, so them getting out was a huge fear. Needless to say, my dogs totally loved the crew. AND the two little doggie beds they built in for them. . And even plug ins for their heating pads. Yes. They're spoiled. I had a change for them (cringe). I thought I wanted to get rid of the small window above the stove because when people approach the house they can see all the way through. Well, when the window was gone I realized that I really missed the light and view. Erv was so good about removing the already replaced and individually cut hardy plank shingles on the exterior. He returned the window without making me feel like it was a huge hassle and made it even bigger. I LOVE IT! Can't speak highly enough about the quality of work and the ease of working with the entire crew. They even worked holidays and weekends to get my project done more quickly so I could have my house back. Who does that?! I now have a kitchen that a million dollar mansion would be envious of.
