On time, helpful, very detailed and honest about what to expect. I had an idea of what I wanted to spend as this was a decent sized job... 2 bedrooms/office/upstairs hallway and landing/downstairs entryway/hallway/kitchen/dining room and living room. We also wanted carpeting on the stairs. We picked out what we wanted for flooring and carpet, Sandra was nothing short of amazing, and we were off to the races. The quote they gave was right on par with what I was looking to spend. It was a big job and there's always the possibility of issues coming up and this was no different. The timing of this job roughly took 2 weeks because of unseen and unfortunate circumstances. It was a little challenging for all of us but Sandra and Joe came through and got the job done. They even threw in some rugs made out of carpet remnants, that we got to choose, as they felt bad on the length of the job. Needless to say the floors came out amazing. My kitchen suffered a dishwasher leak end of last summer with extensive water damage to the hardwood floor in the kitchen. Slav came in the next morning after I requested quote via Yelp. His professionalism and ability to explain what needs to be done, how they are going to do it made me decide to go with the company among a few whom came through the requests. I ended up needing to gut the kitchen due to the water damage, and I have been very impressed with Slav's responsiveness and his knowledge on the subject matter along the way. The best part is this is not my first kitchen renovation (previous one done decades ago in different city,) but Slav made the entire process rather smooth, it required me almost minimum efforts on only picking out the cabinets/color, counter top, tiles, some hardware for the cabinets/kitchen. The project was done on-time, his crew showed up when they said they would, and finished as what's been estimated/expected. I would not think twice next time if I have another renovation need!
