For the first course, I got shishito peppers with baba ghanoush. The peppers weren't too spicy and paired well with the baba ghanoush. It's not something I would have probably sought out to eat myself so it was nice to have something different. For the main course, I got a shiitake, oyster mushroom rice noodle curry. This was surprisingly filling to the point that I had to waste some of the rice noodles. For dessert, I got a pear ginger blackberry fruit crisp. It was nice that you could taste that it wasn't made with a bunch of added sugar or anything. My friend got the other vegan dessert which was a coconut tapioca pudding, which I also tried, and was nice and light and tart, with some figs at the top. Service was great. Our server asked right off the bat about dietary restrictions so I told her vegan, no honey for myself. There was a very long gap between course 1 and course 2 which may have led to me getting full earlier than anticipated, and then the gap between the entree and dessert wasn't as vast. Our entire dinner took about two hours at Nourish, 7-9pm, which is longer than we expected, but the food was a pleasant experience. As a vegan, a little more protein was top of mind when reading the menu, but I love that they created good vegetable based dishes without any mock meats or excess sodium or processed ingredients. My friend also really enjoyed her food. Priced at $78 per person, it's a nice night out. We recommend.

On the day of. We booked Navi to help with table and chair set up and take down. I don't know if they helped set up as I was getting ready, but the left early and didn't take down tables or chairs, so I don't know know what we paid for. We asked for our salads to be pre-plated. They ran out of salads and 5 of our guests had to wait a very long time for food and didn't get any greens in their salad. We also booked bartending services. They promised they would work with us to come up with signature drinks, but no one ever reached out to us to workshop a drink. Instead had to send them a cocktail recipe and on the day of we realized they don't have any knowledgeable bartenders. We could have premixed the drinks ourselves and had them poured from a dispenser as that what we paid their bartender rate of $45/hr for. Navi said they were familiar working with Cort rentals. It's the company they said that they typically rent plates and silverware from but as part of their responsibilities they didn't sort or scrape the food off the silverware when it's a clearly labeled ask from Cort rentals right in the box you return them in. We were also told they they would pack left overs for us but none of our guests or us had received any left overs even though there were plenty. I was really disappointed in their professionalism. Food was delicious but coordination made working with them a major headache as a bride. If you do book with them. Do you best to work with Michelle or directly with chef Navi because if you don't have either of their eyes on things you might as well be coordinating with yourself.

The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations.
