I would stop by a place close to here and would always smell the aroma of the food and that's what caught my attention. Finally ordered what's shown and it was all really good. Inside was nice, clean, and provided comfortable seating. The hostess was nice even with my online order & it's worth noting how many times they have been voted the best on the island. Only thing I would say is the spicy is not spicing, I got level 4 and it didn't taste like anything was on it HOWEVER - we all have different spice levels so take this with a grain of salt :)

Pretty decent food but nothing like some reviews claiming it to be the best Thai restaurant in Washington. I definitely agree that the food tastes great but it comes with lots of oil. I really loved the chowmein. One of the best tasting chowmein I ever had. But on the other hand fried rice was pretty average. All starters were tasty but oily. I really liked the panang curry though. Service and Ambience were both good.

The food was good and the service was good. The only thing is it took a long time to get our food. Over 30 min for fried rice and drunken noodles. The dining area wasn't super busy, but maybe they had a lot of pick up orders? It kinda felt like our orders got lost for awhile. You order and pay first and they bring it out to you.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time and we were blown away! We started with the crab rangoons and steamed pot stickers, and both were delicious. For our main dishes, I had the yellow curry (light spice) and my husband ordered the beef pho with level 4 spice. Everything tasted absolutely amazing easily a 10/10 across the board. We're originally from California and have tried plenty of Thai food spots, but this place completely exceeded our expectations. The service was just as great as the food. The lovely woman who helped us gave excellent recommendations, was so friendly, and really made us feel welcome as first-time guests. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a cozy, comfortable atmosphere to enjoy our meal. We left happy, full, and already planning our next visit (probably next week!). Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves authentic, flavorful Thai food.

Came in about 4 in the afternoon. It was super quiet and only 1 other customer. The front counter lady was super nice and directed us to sit anywhere we like. The restaurant is super clean and well kept up. The bathroom is pretty clean as well. The food was great! If I were to critique anything it'd be the spicy levels. 5 happens to be the top hotness, and it was much. Thankfully they have hot sauce on the tables. If you want some good Thai at a decent price, come check it out!!!

We were looking for pho and decided to try Mai Thai. While the pho wasn't the same as authentic Vietnamese pho, it still had a really good flavor. We also ordered yellow curry, spring rolls, crab rangoons & steamed dumplings. Everything was really good. We'll definitely go back!

Pad see ew noodles with chicken, no mushrooms, add carrots, and some spring rolls. Absolutely DELICIOUS!

We spent the day on Whidbey Island and wanted to find a great spot for lunch. We settled on Mai Thai and I am so glad we did! Our food was hot, delicious, the portions were huge, and the prices are fantastic! The employees were incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean and looked nice and new. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I had the pad see ew noodles with chicken and some spring rolls. Both of them were absolutely delicious!

Delicious food. 5 stars. Service at counter was just ok. Walked in and she said "don't know what you are having?" We literally just walked in. No "hi welcome in, how are you? Have you been in before " ... nope. Do you know what you're having. Fortunately- the food was amazing and we will be back. We ordered basil fried rice wonton soup and pad Thai

Bummer!!!! We placed a take out order. Food: Pad Thai with Chicken We ordered Egg Plant Basil but got Beef Broccoli instead. When we walked in the restaurant it was empty. Looks like a pretty good size restaurant. Service was ok. Nothing stood out other than walking around the counter to give us our food. Unfortunately, when it was time for our pot luck and we opened our dish, it was Beef Broccoli instead of what we asked for when we called, Basil Eggplant. We were so disappointed. We enjoyed the Pad Thai but the Beef Broccoli was not good. I'd return again and this time if I order take out, I'll make sure to get the right dish.

Such a hidden gem on Whidbey Island! Not only is everyone super nice here, but the food is good as well. You order at the front and sit anywhere there is room available. If you take it to go, you can walk and look around the antiques shop across the street while you wait for your food. ..... GLASS NOODLE: 4/5 was expecting thicker glass noodles, but none the less the flavoring is really good. Also the ratio of noodles to vegetables could be increased. THAI COFFEE: 5/5 strong and creamy coffee with the perfect hint of sweetness

The fried rice had an authentic char flavor. I loved the cashews and curry in it as well. The curry consistency was thinner than I'm used to, so the rice didn't soak it up as much as I'd like. Coming from Seattle, I wasn't expecting much in a small town, but I was satisfied with these dishes. Service was quick and the food didn't take too long to come out. Restaurant really started filling up after 12 pm and parking lot is quite small. Receipt also had a QR code than you can pay with which was convenient!

It looked like they had their own local foods on the menu to choose from which is pretty awesome. I love it when people add food that THEY have/had in their area along with the common and popular foods. For starters we got fresh spring rolls and shrimp in blanket. Both so good! I got the Mama Pad with squid. Mama's secret sauce! It was delicious! My boyfriend got the spicy duck - cooked and flavored to perfection! Oh and the eggnog Thai tea - apparently my boyfriend said that was incredible haha. I would definitely come back!

Red curry is a simple dish and that nice texture of coconut milk adds a rich comfort to a simple a delicious dish. When the coconut milk separates and achieves that watery consistency, it loses everything. The good news is that it's easy to detect, because a flavorless red curry with a texture barely up to the consistency of water, it's absolutely disgusting. Yes, I called and let the business know. Yes, they offered to remake it. No, I didn't accept, that's not good enough. Takeout means the need to monitor the food at the moment it goes out. It's impossible to dish up a watery red curry and not know. Not doing so simply means someone didn't care. I also don't care now. I don't care to support a business that doesn't support me. I'm not going to drive back to the store to fix two mistakes, one not cooking the dish right and two, going ahead and dishing it up so my dinner is ruined. You didn't just ruin a dish, you ruined a relationship, lost a customer. Gone. Because somebody made a choice and now I have also. Disappointing.
