    Totally non-responsive. I've tried twice to schedule appointments with them to discuss our future pool. Don't waste your time.

I did my research, found Marquis to be among the elite brands and the bonus was that they are American made. We walked into Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet in Manassas where we were very cordially greeted by Drew who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with everything from explaining specifications to the ownership experience and expert care and maintenance. Once we were told our Marquis Epic spa had arrived, delivery was prompt. Greg and his team placed the spa exactly where I wanted it and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Drew had recommended Electrical Connections, LLC, Nate is the master electrician, who had us hooked up in no time so that we were ready to enjoy our spa. Now I am proud to support American manufacturing and Marquis is employee owned, but on occasion there are glitches and we experienced a leak from one of the jets - after calling Dawn regarding this issue, it was addressed immediately by James, their service technician. He came out right away, identified the problem, called the manufacturer who sent him a plethora of parts to ensure a quick and correct fix. Needless to say that this issue was resolved expeditiously and was some of the best customer service I've ever encountered! We are enjoying our spa immensely and would strongly recommend Marquis spas that you can purchase from an expert dealer. The team at Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet are second to none; Drew, Dawn, James and Greg made thus an exceptional experience. When I have a question or need anything, Drew and the team are very responsive and you will feel treated like family! I look forward to using my spa and getting supplies and service from Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet! I rarely bother to post reviews especially when I read such negative reviews from who I imagine are puerile and vindictive people who would find something to complain about in any situation.

Not only was he able to do that, his sons brought the exact color and tub I wanted 3 days after my purchase! It is easy to recognize that this is a family run business who cares about their customers! Greg made time to answer every question personally- I never waited on hold in a queue or was asked to press O to speak to an operator, I only spoke to Greg who is running his business well from start to finish! I'm beyond grateful that my relationship with Outdoor Leisure didn't stop at a mile marker on 95. If you are looking for a hot tub, call Greg, his vast knowledge of the quality products he has hand selected and his fantastic customer service will make you a customer for life. Thank you Greg!

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

    Update: After posting this review, Millennium Pools reached out to us and worked with us on an…read moreupgrade we were considering for our pool. We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

So Poolpros had our business all this time for all poolproducts and (de-)winterization of pool and spa (separately). I thought that made us a good customer...well it ended with this email (that speaks for itselft) on Monday : "As a result of your initial inability and eventual total lack of cooperation to solve our ongoing spa issues, we have contracted another pool company to look into this matter. The initial 'immense problem' of the circuitboard, was due to a superficial defective wire (no power surge issues or lack of power involved whatsoever). In 30 years in business or personal life have I have never encountered a more incompetent and customer unfriendly business. This country has a reputation for top customer service and I think PoolPros is a disgrace to that reputation and to this country..." These people don't deserve to be in business...stay away !! We are meanwhile working with H2O pools from Great Falls and what of world of difference there is ! Should have made that move years ago.
