They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

Residential Pool Service has been servicing my pool for 5 years now. While I used to very happy…read morewith their service earlier, the last 2 years have been terrible. They clearly do an inadequate job during closing of winterizing the system and blowing out lines properly, because the last 2 years we have had damage to the pipes, pump and tiles that was completely avoidable. Then they charge above market prices for repair and hold off on providing service till repairs are done by them. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service. I will be canceling my contract. The photo shows what my pool looks like after the 2nd opening visit.

When we first met with Gina and Albert, I had an idea of what I wanted but Gina and Krystle really made our vision come to life. Gina has impecable taste in patio design, waterline tile, marker tile and plaster choices. Albert is quite possibly the hardest worker I've ever seen. He is always on the job site and is the first to correct any minor issues. His entire team busted their butts to start our pool in the dead of winter (even out here in snow) to get us swimming in April. When it comes to spending a large chuck of change, you really need to trust your pool builder. I can 100% say I trust Countryside Pool Services. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I did my research, found Marquis to be among the elite brands and the bonus was that they are American made. We walked into Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet in Manassas where we were very cordially greeted by Drew who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with everything from explaining specifications to the ownership experience and expert care and maintenance. Once we were told our Marquis Epic spa had arrived, delivery was prompt. Greg and his team placed the spa exactly where I wanted it and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Drew had recommended Electrical Connections, LLC, Nate is the master electrician, who had us hooked up in no time so that we were ready to enjoy our spa. Now I am proud to support American manufacturing and Marquis is employee owned, but on occasion there are glitches and we experienced a leak from one of the jets - after calling Dawn regarding this issue, it was addressed immediately by James, their service technician. He came out right away, identified the problem, called the manufacturer who sent him a plethora of parts to ensure a quick and correct fix. Needless to say that this issue was resolved expeditiously and was some of the best customer service I've ever encountered! We are enjoying our spa immensely and would strongly recommend Marquis spas that you can purchase from an expert dealer. The team at Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet are second to none; Drew, Dawn, James and Greg made thus an exceptional experience. When I have a question or need anything, Drew and the team are very responsive and you will feel treated like family! I look forward to using my spa and getting supplies and service from Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet! I rarely bother to post reviews especially when I read such negative reviews from who I imagine are puerile and vindictive people who would find something to complain about in any situation.
