Our experience with Perfect Pools could not have been better! From our very first meeting to now, everyone at Perfect Pools has been professional, knowledgable, skilled, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Our first design meeting was terrific and the designer gave us exactly what we asked for and MORE! She listened, asked the right questions, and provided a beautiful design and fair, competitive pricing in a timely manner. She did a fabulous job of integrating our pool into our existing patio & hardscape. She kept in contact as we delayed the project by a year, and updated pricing and tweaked the design to meet our budget. The construction team was fabulous! Our project went more smoothly than we ever expected it could. Each trade and subcontractor was excellent, and the stone masons were true artisans. Our project manager was top notch! He stayed on top of every little detail, coordinated trades and kept to schedule, and was a great communicator. Our pool construction took only 3 months & 3 days from breaking ground to filling with water!! The weekly service since completion has been excellent & our pool has stayed clean with all equipment working well. Every single person we've worked with at PP has been a true joy; from designers & project managers to billing and service and trades. We are beyond satisfied with our pool and the whole experience. Perfect Pools took over my 22'x50' in-ground pool project after my initial pool builder broke our contract and refused to finish the project. Perfect Pools inherited a mess of a project - poor quality worksmanship including a leak in the structure and took the project on in stride. From executing our project takeover contract to completing the pool, pool deck, and masonry retaining walls and stairs with stone veneer and capstone only took 5 weeks. Perfect Pools corrected the mistakes of the original builder and never surprised me with a change order. Probably the most refreshing part of the experience was once we discussed how things should be I never had to intervene again; they just went to work and did everything correctly the first time. I would recommend their expertise with outdoor pools and structures to anyone considering a new build, a renovation, or in the same position we were with a half-built project that needed a real builder to complete the job. We love our pool!! Our project was not easy. Our lot is small, the backyard was COVERED with plants, and the design needed to incorporate existing structures. Adam's design leveraged these constraints and delivered a beautiful design and a premium quality pool. Gary, his team, and subcontractors attention to design details, quality of materials and work resulted in not only a beautiful pool but an incredible backyard transformation. Gary, his project manager, Yacine ,and all their subcontractors were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, problem solvers, professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project. We just completed our first year using their pool maintenance and similarly we had wonderful experience. Our experience with Perfect Pools was 5 stars. Starting with Carol and her design. Was exactly what we were looking for. She was able to answer all my questions about the design and proposal putting us at ease. They started the process of digging in July and we had water within 45 days. Complete with hardscape decking. I suspect that is the best-case scenario as most project will take much longer but this was very quick and seamless. There were of course questions and small changes along the way, but the PP team met them all and ultimately delivered exactly what they promised. Communication throughout the process was timely and informative. We are quite happy with our pool and have been recommending them to all. Carol, Yacine, Adam, Gary, Craigen and others are complete professionals. read more

Complete verdict is still out...great pool design and very quick to get the pool built. Waiting on how nicely they clean up, close out the project, and address the issues we brought to their attention. Update 2 - Mound of dirt in the back yard, tile, and decking repairs still not complete after almost 3 weeks (uploaded pics). Downgrading to 1 star. Update 1 - Project is greater than 95% paid and haven't heard from them in over a week. I even called their office and asked for them to call me back and never received a call. It appears that since they have most of our money, we've been lower priority. Downgrading to 2 stars. read more

My renovation in spring of 2024 went perfectly. The pool was old and we needed to problem solve some features that had become unsustainable for current times. we converted to saltwater as well. The pricing was competitive and we finished within budget. I have been using them for service since the project and would recommend them without hesitation . Perfect Pools built our pool in spring 2024 and did a wonderful job. Even when problems arose, Perfect Pool worked to mitigate and alleviate our concerns. They were also very receptive to any questions we had. Although I'm leaving a 5-star for pool construction, the one recommendation I have for Perfect Pools is improving and having a more comprehensive new pool owner education program that would help new pool owners better know how to operate and maintain their pool. read more

Gary and his entire crew are phenomenal at what they do. They were able to bring our dream resort backyard pool to life.
