I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for professional facial treatments. First, the spa itself is lovely. Immaculately clean, smells absolutely delightful the moment you walk through the door, and very friendly and professional service from everyone I've interacted with here. The staff is prompt in communicating if anything comes up prior to your scheduled appointment, and make every effort to accommodate at the times that work for you. Service: I've had several rounds of laser genesis administered by Tiara, as well as extractions. Tiara is a highly knowledgable esthetician and dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. Prior to starting treatment, we discussed at length my concerns and expectations. Tiara is attentive to your comfort level and constantly checks in during treatment to ensure you're doing okay. She's an absolute delight and a true gem. My skin has never looked better, all thanks to Tiara! Najia's Esthetic offers a good deal on laser genesis if you don't mind paying for several sessions at once. So…read morefirst of all I want to post about my fraxel treatment to treat my awful melasma - or pregnancy mask : After 3 treatments I can totally see a huge improvement ! Without an pain or discomfort. My skin looks great :) I am so happy :) I also booked fraxel for wrinkles and fine lines with najia herself. It was great. I did it 10 days ago. With a small pain killer and numbing cream - I felt no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little warm. The warm feeling remained for - few hours but soon after disappeared. For 2 days I was a little red. Nothing you cannot hide with a little foundation. Then my skin dried a little and was a little flaky for 2 days. After this I can see already smoothness ;) Today I went to the salon and got the new treatment called Silk Peel - dermal infusion ! Amazing !! Got rid of all my dry skin and it glows!!! Fatima took care of my skin today and she has angel hands. I have found my skin fairies :) They are so knowledgeable and are using the latest techniques available to slow down the age process and take care of your skin :) I love them ! Really no need to run to Manhattan anymore ! This is better and cozier. And very friendly. I could not recommend more :) Update on the 27th Feb : looking even better !! So so happy !

Of course it was accidental, but she immediately attempted to downplay the situation by telling me multiple times that it was "a superficial scratch" as she held gauze on my chin to stop the bleeding. She then discontinued the dermaplaning and continued to do microdermabrasion instead (which I appreciated, as I did not want any more gashes in my face). Afterwards, she took me to see their on-site doctor (I'm sure in an attempt to cover her bases), who also insisted that it was "a scratch" and recommended that I go purchase cream from a pharmacy with silver in it. At no point was I actually shown the injury. Upon leaving, Kathy said that because of the incident, she would not use my Groupon today and that I could come back with my Groupon for another treatment.... so I was not refunded any actual money and I will absolutely not be returning for any future appointments of any kind. Once I got to my car I immediately inspected the LARGE SLICE in my chin and debated with my fiancé whether I should head to urgent care to get stitches. STEER CLEAR of this place.......

I was confused as I had an appointment. I went back to my car and I called, there was no answer. I finally got a call back from Kathy and she said she was running late (she should have called me earlier to tell me she was running late) she was 20 minutes late. Totally unacceptable. The place is beautifully decorated! They have so many different treatment options available, which is good. However, I was not impressed with my facial . She washed my face, put on the Diamond mask and done. I was very disappointed! I used to go to Red Doors in Woodbury, once a month for a facial and there's no comparison. I'm not sure if the service was mediocre because it was a Groupon? If it was, then same on them. They should not participate with Groupon if they're Not going to offer the same level of service. I am currently having my bikini line done and after my 3 sessions at Skintology I have noticed a large difference. I am currently using a deal at another place to do another 3 sessions but I honestly wish I had just bought 2 deals there since I like the people and atmosphere. Oh well, hindsight now. The location is great too because it's near a puppy store. Remember, touch but don't buy (because you really should adopt and not support any business that gets its pups from puppy mills)!
