LOVEEEE nutrition palace! I started coming here for their in-body scans but slowly fell in love with all the products. They have the BEST beef jerky sticks and best selection of high protein snacks of any store I've been to. Found this place on yelp couple months ago. I was skeptical to go here because having all 5 stars on yelp most of the time is not real. I was looking for some supplements for my diabetes. I came here and talked to Brent. He had a lot of knowledge about various supplements and gave me the evogen products that can help me with both my diabetes and memory problems. They had a lot of different supplements but since I was in a hurry i didn't get to look at everything. I've tried evogen products in the past and they were the best supplements i've ever taken. If I could give a higher rating I would for the amazing service, the sleek layout and excellent customer service. I was referred here by a friend. Naz the owner, was not in that day but I had the pleasure of speaking with another salesman and I forgot his name but this review goes out to him! He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products, super friendly and he basically explained to me the difference btw the pre-workout that I was using before to the new one that I just purchased. He showed me similar ones and helped me ultimately decide which one was the best fit for me. He also sent me home with some samples of different flavors to try. I had a ton of questions and he answered each and every single one and shared some health tips which were helpful. We then did my Body Composition Analysis and that really put my fitness goals into perspective! I got to take a print out home like a report card to put on my fridge as a friendly reminder to stay on track haha. Might get tricky during the holiday season because they're right next to a popular restaurant, but that's why we plan accordingly, people. Staff: very welcoming! As someone who has worked in customer service before, I appreciate when a company exhibits excellent customer service. Additionally, they are quite knowledgeable whether the topic is their line of supplements, nutrition or fitness. Friendly yet professional. Owner: Farinaz is a dope human being. F'real. If you haven't met her yet, what the heck are you waiting for? I'd go out on a limb and say she knows 99.99% of all her customers' names. We also love that as successful as she and her husband (WORLD FAMOUS Hany Rambod) are, we get to see a more personal side of them when we walk in that you don't see on social media; as parents, homies, etc. Score another one for successful people of ethnic backgrounds in the freaking Silicon Valley. Inventory: for a relatively small spot, they have brilliantly constructed their shop to maximize the amount of room them have, even utilizing high shelves. With that said, they've pretty much got it all. My knowledge of supplements is limited to protein shakes, energy drinks and pre-workout powder, but this shop has an exuberant amount of supplements rivaled only by the internet. Oh, and speaking of which, they take order on their website, too. Very convenient if you can't make it into the palace. Store: very clean, always sanitized, and fully stocked. Extras: the palace also offers other services to the public. Their employees are also CPTs and Nutritionists. Came here for the first time a week ago and overall this place is awesome! The woman working there was so sweet and helpful to find some good protein snacks. She warned me that sometimes the drivers delivering the protein bars leave the items out in the sun for way too long so if there was an issue with any of the bars I could bring it in for a refund. Sure enough, one of the bars I purchased had gone bad and had mold. I just threw it out because this storefront isn't as close as I wish it were to my home to return for a refund but it is an unfortunate situation that you may purchase something that may be bad. I think the price sits right considering that it costs the same online and this shop I used to go to in Virginia.
