OUTSTANDING Thai food! We used yelp to find a highly-rated Thai food restaurant in the Stoneham area, and we weren't disappointed. From the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff could not be nicer, more accommodating, and attentive. The food was totally on-point and delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and authentic. They got the spice level JUST RIGHT. Three pepper dishes were brought down just a peg per our request, and they nailed it. We started with a salad called Sum Tum Tod which was different and amazing. Fried tempura-like veg, all arranged high on the plate with the most fabulous dressing, full of peanuts. The chicken satay was plump and moist, grilled and hot with delicious peanut sauce. Pineapple fried rice was complex and smoky, full of fantastic flavors and huge juicy shrimps. Green curry with beef was coconut milk forward, fresh and complex, with a million flavors going on. The chicken basil was another mouth watering dish, piping hot and full of basil and vegetables with the most amazing sauce. The portions are generous, the service is wonderful, and the smiles are genuine. The prices are low for this much quality and content. I thought the bill was wrong when it was brought over! Delicious neighborhood gem. The Fresh Rolls (Tofu) were a nice little starter and the warm peanut sauce is fantastic. The eggplant beef dish was a hearty portion of soft eggplant and thin sliced beef in a sweet, light sauce. My son is a Pad See You connoisseur and thought their version, with tofu, was excellent. Our server was friendly, kept our water glasses filled, and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. Traveling with my Fiance and decided to try this spot as I am vegan and saw some options on their menu. I ordered a build your own noodle soup dish with tofu, veggies, and rice noodles. I really liked the way the tofu was cooked but everything was very bland and could have used some seasoning. The server brought chili flakes and hot sauce as an option which was nice but I'm not big on spicy food. My fiance ordered some kind of chicken stir fry and was underwhelmed. When traveling for baseball games, we tend to seek out Thai restaurants for quick and familiar dishes. It's too bad this is not closer to home, as I would definitely return! The ambiance was quiet, as we were there after a typical dinner rush time. The service was attentive, quick and very kind! They were fantastic with refilling waters, which has become one of my go-to standards for good service. We had fresh rolls with tofu as an appetizer, beef with eggplant, pad see you with tofu, and pad Thai with ground chicken. The flavors were savory and tasty. One member of our party orders pad see you at every Thai restaurant we eat at, and they indicated this was "really good pad see you." The fresh rolls were light and crispy and the peanut sauce served with the fresh rolls was delicious! Great food, great service! There's always a little risk trying out a brand new restaurant that's only been open a couple days. You hope they've got things in order, but you never know. We tried Nutnapat Aroy Thai and had a fantastic first experience - the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered takeout. We called to place the order since we wanted to get a better idea of what was in the fresh roll and to find out if it was gluten free. The staff were very friendly and the food was ready for pickup when we arrived. We tried the fresh rolls with shrimp, pad thai with veggies, and mango curry with chicken. The fresh rolls and the peanut sauce were super yummy! The pad thai tasted great and had plenty of veggies in it including green beans, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini. The mango curry had huge chunks of mango and perfectly cooked chicken. It was a total 10/10. And there was plenty. We just finished up the leftovers. One important note - the printed menu has labels that indicate which foods are gluten free and vegetarian. The online menu does not. I mentioned this to the person who checked us out and she was appreciative of the feedback. I also learned that they've made some additional tweaks to some of their menu items and there are many more gluten free options than what's listed on the menu. For example, all of the stir fry options and most of the fried rice dishes can be made gluten free. I hope they update their website for others. Labels are very helpful. You can always call and ask about an item if you're not sure. First great experience. Happy to have them in the neighborhood! Parking situation is still the same as some others have noted - there is a tiny spot on the left side big enough for like 2-3 cars and then street parking on the other side of the building. The food was great, very tasty, and still hot in time to eat when we got home. We ordered the red curry chicken and the chicken pho w vegetables. Both had generous portions - we got two meals out of each. The red curry flavor was as expected - not too spicy, and there was a good amount of the veggies. Only complaint is that the side of rice was a little too small. It came in like a little styrofoam cup (seemed smaller than a cup), not the typical rice takeout carton so if you have leftovers or like having a good amount of rice, you may want to get an extra side. The soup was huge - I didn't have a regular bowl big enough for it.. had to use a glass mixing bowl!! As expected, broth was separate from the noodles, veggies, etc. and the flavor was good. I did add some siracha but not because it was bland or needed more flavor. Since I ordered takeout I can't speak to the dine in service, but everyone was very polite and nice. Everything we had was excellent. All three of us lived on the west coast and have had some of the best Thai food in the US. Each of us have been somewhat disappointed in the Asian food around Boston. We all agreed Nutnapat was the best Thai we have had in the Boston area. Two of us went back today and had the Basil Fried Rice with Beef (cooked perfectly), Chicken Satay and Crispy Pork Belly. We left full and happy. We will be back again soon. From the moment you walk in the door to the second you eave the staff makes you feel welcomed. Clean inside and out, great staff and a welcoming feel give the place a great atmosphere. Lunch was cooked and served quickly with reasonable prices. Great fresh ingrediants really make the flavors stand out. Conclusion; if you are on the fence about trying Nutnapat, climb down and go. It's worth it. The space doesn't seem like much, sparse with a few tables, but clean. I will start with the house cocktails, the one my friend ordered came out with a bubble top that looked like plastic but my big laugh burst the bubble and the smoke inside wafted out to wow. It was a very unexpectedly elevated cocktail experience. I usually do not order Pad Thai because it is always seems sugary and boring to me. But, the owner / server told us all the food was made with her mother's recipes and strongly suggested her mother's Country Pad Thai, which I think she said was more sour and more spicy. We were sold and not disappointed, everything was so fresh and the flavors bright. We ordered lots to share. Some not GF so I could not try, but everyone was wowing over everything. Gluten-Free options I tried were Chicken Satay and amazing GF Peanut Sauce, Papaya Salad (soooo good and I do not like papaya), Fresh Rolls w Shrimp, Country Pad Thai, and Green Curry. Tasty, tender chicken served on four skewers with sweet cucumber and peanut sauces, and very moist, not dried out. For entrees my wife ordered the Chicken Delight Mango, and I had the Indonesian Fried Rice. Both delicious, and enough food for at least two meals each. The online ordering (through Menufy) worked flawlessly and was ready a few minutes before the promised time. The re-decoration, in the former Taste of Siam space, was well done and tasteful. The only disappointment, which sadly applies to any restaurant that has been in that space, was the lack of parking. It's located at a busy corner and besides two off-street spaces next to the building on the Marble Street side, the only other available parking is on Benton Street, a residential street. The noodles! This is my 11 year old sons favorite place for ramen. Chicken wings are delicious and beautifully crunchy! Papaya salad so healthy and fresh!
