Of course I did set an appt a day before on the website. It was easy to navigate and make an appt. The staff working on August 23rd, 2026 were awesome and super sweet! On top of my 5 star review, i'm so thankful that several months ago I was struggling with muffled hearing. I had been there many times and the doctors had exhausted all options for treatment from steroids to antibiotics. They suggested that I go see an ENT. I ended up seeing an ENT later on and I found out I had a tumor in my ear. I will continue coming to this urgent care. Thank you guys so much!!!

We have three kids, now all adults, and have been coming here for years since they were young…read more We've been here for everything from sports physicals and injuries to sick visits, and all of the doctors and PAs we've seen have been thorough, knowledgeable, and great with all of us. There have been times when the wait was long, even with an appointment, but other visits have been quick. Regardless, the wait has always been worth it because we've consistently received great care. It's hard to find a place you trust for your family over so many years, and we've always been very happy with the care we've received here. Highly recommend!

By comparison, my experiences with Dr. Sameer typically involved appointments lasting no more than five minutes. I am genuinely amazed by how much happier and more confident I feel with my new doctor. To anyone struggling with the American healthcare system, my advice is simple: keep looking until you find a provider who is willing to give you the time and attention you deserve. There are physicians who prioritize the quality of their care rather than taking on as many patients as possible in pursuit of greater profit. My interactions with Dr. Sameer also left me with the impression that he was socially awkward, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. That may not bother every patient, but when someone is responsible for addressing serious health concerns, effective communication and a willingness to listen are extremely important. I am grateful that this experience ultimately pushed me to find a physician who treats me with considerably more care, patience, and respect. Thank you.

I have called their office more than five different times and every single time they tell me the same thing: "Don't worry, the balance is cleared and you won't receive any more bills." Yet the bills keep coming. This shows a complete lack of organization and accountability. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase a medical office to fix their own billing mistakes. At this point it feels like harassment to keep sending bills that have already been paid. If the issue isn't resolved permanently, I will be forced to dispute the charges and report the billing practices to the appropriate authorities. I strongly recommend others double-check every bill they receive from this office.

I hated the numbing injections in my hands, but the alternative was ripping it out without numbness and I sure didn't want that. The nurse was very patient as I asked for a break as it was a lot. They did imaging and even called me later to inform me scans looked good so I could go home and rest. Wait time wasn't bad at all for an urgent care. About 20 min., and the staff was very kind. I explained that my insurance covers all lab work, but was told, "this office charges extra no matter what." I asked to speak with someone, and they refused. What made this worse is that Dr. Owiesy overheard everything and saw I was in pain, but said nothing-- no empathy, no support. I left feeling completely dismissed and uncared for.
