She sent me away and told me if I wanted pain medication I would have to see various specialists for the ailments I was describing to her and she proceeded to say that she will not be willing to medicate me for the problems I was describing ... After making appointments with the various specialists, then having to wait for appointments and still being in pain, it turns out I have needed three various surgeries since seeing her and the surgeries were all for the exact reasons she laughed at me and refused to treat my pain seriously over .... I now no longer need pain medication because I have had the problems fixed. If I would have continued seeing her, I would have just lived in Pain and never got the problems fixed since she thought it was comical that I was having the medical issues I was describing to her and did not take me seriously. I would not recommend this Dr. at all!

I was with a different medical group just because my prior PCP was down the street and I liked their office. I unfortunately had to switch insurance which bummed me out, but it turned out for the better and I'm so glad I picked Hoag. Not only are most of my specialists from the previous insurance with this group, but they have offices that are still conveniently close to home. The Hoag building in Foothill Ranch is new and beautiful. There are different suites inside that one building. There are many places to sit comfortably while you wait anywhere in the lobby. There is even a coffee shop with a barista! The lobby smelled amazing from the coffees and lattes. I didn't grab any this time but I for sure will order one the next time I'm there. The staff was very friendly, greeted me hello, said thank you and wished me a great rest of my day as I was leaving. I *think but I'm not positive, you can buy workout apparel there? Not sure. I just saw some exercise attire so I'm just assuming at this point. Hoag Medical Group, is a group I should've been with since a very long time ago. Too bad I waited so long to switch over. Even if you're not a patient, stop by and take a look. I think you'll be impressed. This doctor and his staff actually told me they "can't copy and paste" the link because their portal doesn't allow it. They didnt even try to type out the link on the browser or anything because never got a notification that someone was requesting access to the link. They just looked at the link and said no come in with a hard copy we're not going to bother with the link. Rudest and most inconsiderate response and handling of a patient records. I have never had a doctor so lazy and ignore my health needs like this doctor. And his staff are extremely rude and condescending and rush you off the phone every time. This doctor didnt look at the blood work at all. Other doctors saw my blood work and recommended things based off my family history because they saw things that concerned them. And when I went back to ask him about it and to look at my labs again and order extra testing because of this condition that runs in my family, he literally dropped me as a patient and said "there's a problem with our doctor-patient relationship." This guy is joke and he doesn't even answer questions. If god forbid you have a question, he actually gets annoyed if you ask him too many questions. I go through the myChart app, which also displays all of my past health history, vaccinations, test results...etc. If I have any feedback, it's that Dr. Gore is very busy and it can take a while to find an opening in her schedule. However, I book my annual physical months in advance and she typically has many more openings through virtual appointments. Overall, I'm very impressed with my experience with Dr. Gore and I plan to have her as my PCP for many years to come.
