James is such a great guy! Our lock on the front door of our house is very old to the point where the key got stuck in it. I text him about replacing the lock and handle for a new one and he just ask for a picture of the handle and lock both front and back. He literally went out of his way to go to Home Depot and showed me a couple locks and handles. Once he got here at our house, right away just started removing the lock and handle. I didn't even notice how quick it was finish while I was having a conversation with him. He has such a great personality! I also asked if he can make extra spare keys since there is 5 of us who lives here. We had 2 already from the box of the lock and handle and I asked if we can get 4 extra keys. His car was pretty much his whole workshop and right then and there I saw him make 4 spare keys with no extra charge! If you are wondering about the cost, I was charge 140 for the service of replacing the lock and handle plus the amount of the lock and handle from Home Depot (which it was 110). So 250 flat for this service? Sounds like a great deal. James has been doing this for 13 years and I truly recommend him. I needed to get our place locked since none of the keys (copies) I had worked. He knew what the problem right away. He is very flexible and works with you with his time. He fixed my locks within 10-15 mins. I had 3 different doors all that I wanted to get keys to and he re-keyed them all to one single key. I received 4 keys and all costed me $160. Price isn't too great for me honestly but I needed my place secured. I had to weigh out either having my place secured or it could cost me ten times more the damage that could have occurred or worse. I called the only locksmith in Stockton only to be told of a two to three hour wait, I didn't bother to get a quote because I needed IN. Outstanding service! I bought a used vehicle that came with only one FOB and the key missing from the FOB. I ordered new FOBs from Amazon at $15 each.
