We had an issue with a multipoint locking back door, I called a handful of Locksmith's in the area and nobody would come look at it. Reached out to some friends and Nunes Locksmith was referred. First, James was referred by a very satisfied customer, my daughter, who swore it would be ridiculous to call anyone else. So I did. Despite it being way after hours, James dropped what he was doing, came in the late evening to my place of employment, and got my keys out of my locked vehicle in record time. While there, he mentioned he could get me new remotes for my vehicle. I told him I could not afford the high cost, and he smiled and said it wouldn't cost much at all. He then ordered them in front of me and told me to give him a call when they arrived. Wow. When they arrived they had been sent to my daughter's house. James went to my daughter's house, retrieved the remotes, and then drove to my place all the way in the next town to program them and cut the auxiliary keys. Blam..he was done in no time. While he was there he removed an old trailer hitch I had lost the key to, and cut more keys I needed. He hooked me up with two new remotes for my truck, new keys for my car, and got that old hitch off my truck receiver. When he was done I was nervous because I had no idea what the bill would be. When he told me, I almost wept with relief. The fee was a fraction of what I expected. James treated me as if I were a member of his family and not some random customer. Awesome totally describes the service I was given tonight! I reached out to around 9:15pm and immediately received a txt. I explained the problem and asked for an estimate, before I got a response my husband had manage to rip the doorknob off the locked bedroom door that I txt a picture of.
